I had leaks in a bathroom that made my floor rot. I planned on doing the work myself until I pulled up the subfloor and realized I had three floor joists and part of the sill plate that had rotted as well. I decided to call Ross at PHS and get a quote. I received a quote just for that work and Ross sent Brandon and Johnathon over to take care of me. I use "take care of me" in particular because that is exactly what they did. I cant praise those two guys enough. They worked hard the two days they were here, informed me of exactly what was needed and happily answered any questions I had. At the end of the first day they had completed a vast majority of the job and I was told they would be back the next day to finish. I received a call from Ross thay evening and he told me the were scheduled for the full second day and asked if it would be okay for them to do some extra work to fill out there day. I told him that was fine with me. The second day they showed up early and told me some of the extra they planed to do and went right to work. Remember I only wanted the joists and sill plate done so anything extra I thought would at least put me closer to reaching my goal. By the end of the day they had placed some blocking to make my floor sturdier beyond the area we discussed, re-insulated the new joists area and completed a new subfloor. Im weeks ahead because of PHS. Only thing I have left to do is put all the new pretties in. I thought I was going to only get some work done that would remove a big burden from myself but I got so much more by hiring these guys. They left me only the fun things to do and I couldn't be more grateful. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE THESE GUYS!!

You will not be disappointed! From the start of the estimate, to the windows, siding, gutters and to the end of the cleanup, I could not be more pleased. The crews were amazing, very prompt, and clean. They took care in the work. The owner Ross is patient and friendly. If you are thinking about it, stop and JUST DO IT!!!!

We can’t thank Priority Home Solutions enough for everything they did after our house fire. They helped us through an incredibly difficult time and made the restoration process so much less overwhelming. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting our home back together the right way. The quality of the work was excellent, and they kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration or home repair services.

I can't speak highly enough of Ross and the Priority Home Solutions team. We were devastated after an attic fan caused a house fire that left us with nothing. I was overwhelmed but literally the moment we met with Ross, I knew I was in good hands. Not only does he know his stuff, he knew I didn't and explained everything about the demo/reconstruction until I did understand. He worked with my horrific insurance, worked around my farm animals and I have to say - he was right...he got us back into a brand new better-than-before home. I've already recommended him to friends for renovations and homeowners claims. 100% would give 10 stars if possible.
