  We could not be more pleased with our experience with Bon Air Exteriors! From our very first meeting with Curtis, where we talked through ideas and possibilities, to working with Scott, an incredible project manager who truly paid attention to every detail, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. Their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and it shows in the final result. We are absolutely in love with our new screened-in porch—it has completely transformed our home. Honestly, we hardly spend any time inside anymore!   The 2 men that competed the screening in of our patio were professional, efficient and NICE. We are VERY pleased with our results and HIGHLY recommend Bon Air Exteriors! Also, kudos to Angel for all of her help!

  I can’t comment on the actual quality of work that these folks do because they never showed up to do the work. I signed a contract with them for new front porch railing and found out after signing they would be three months out for a small job. Ok, I was disappointed but that’s life sometimes. I followed up every month with Curtis, the salesperson/installer only to have him respond “hopefully in the next 30 days.” Well, almost four months later still crickets. I wish I had seen a legit review on here because I would have just gone with another company!

  We had a great experience with this company! I got quotes from several local companies to rebuild and expand our deck and Bon Air Exterior's was the most competitive. We had some issues with securing permits from the county and Angel was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. The project was completed quickly and with great craftsmanship. Will definitely work with them again for any future projects.
