  Arrived on time to job. Did a reasonable job of installation. Mike did not know how to close a gap between the concrete floor, which had a dip at the midpoint of the door, and the bottom of the door. He did call his manager and he said it couldn’t be done. Mike then tried to explain why he couldn’t do it. As the property owner, I was able to come up with a solution and I found the proper materials to implement it. A-1 Door met my expectations at the barest minimum. They’re basically the same as any other overhead door company.

  A1 scheduled an appointment in a timely manner and Miguel was great! Showed up early, and looked over my garage door, performed a fairly simple fix in a timely manner. Then answered all my questions about garage doors (because I'm new to this world). Polite, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

  The removal of 3 door openers aged 30 years or so and replaced with the newest door technology went great. Miguel was a great representative for his company: pleasant to deal with and efficient in his work. Great service!

  I can't say enough good things about A1 Door Company and their technician, Tim. I found myself in a real bind with an inoperable garage door, and because of the outstanding service I'd received from A1 Door Company in the past, they were my first and only call. They were able to expedite my appointment, and Tim was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my garage door back up and running in about an hour. Excellent customer service, fast response times, and quality workmanship are hard to find these days, but A1 Door Company consistently delivers. If you're having trouble with your garage door, look no further than A1 Door Company. Highly recommended!
