  Stublen Roofing wasn't our cheapest quote, but we chose them based on a family recommendation and their detailed, thorough scope of work. Right out of the gate, their written plan made us feel secure. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication after paying our deposit didn’t match that initial organization. Once the deposit was paid, communication dropped off significantly. I had to initiate nearly every update request. We were promised shingle samples to choose from, but they were never provided. Because we had an active, significant roof leak, which required me to sit in the attic swapping buckets during rainstorms, I ended up choosing a color sight unseen just to try to expedite the job. Even then, things didn’t speed up. When the start date was pushed back due to local weather, no one notified me; I had to reach out to confirm they weren't coming. On a positive note, the actual roofing crew was fantastic. They were courteous, worked fast, kept the job site clean, and finished the entire roof in just two days, which we truly appreciated. I do believe Stublen is a good roofing company that does quality work, but their internal and client communication has major room for improvement. If they can fix those operational hiccups, they’d be top-tier.

  Absolutely fabulous! I needed roof repair to get to a few more years before buying a new roof and the people were professional and knowledgeable and the price was affordable. When I replace my roof I will be coming to them!

  We had such a great experience with Stublen Roofing! We had used them several years ago for some trim work on our house so when it was time to replace our roof we knew we wanted to go with them again. One thing that really stood out to us was that many of the same people were still working there years later. To m, that says a lot about a company when they’re able to keep good employees around for that long. From the beginning everything was easy. They came out to talk with us and answer questions, got us a quote quickly, took our deposit and got us on the schedule. Our start date was exactly when they said it would be and they communicated with us throughout the whole process. They even figured out how to get all of the roofing materials onto our property without driving over the new concrete we had just poured. The actual roof replacement was seriously impressive. They started on a Friday and finished the entire roof in ONE DAY. We’ve watched other homes in our neighborhood take 2–5 days so we honestly couldn’t believe how quickly they got it done. Even with how fast they worked the crew was respectful, hardworking and did a great job cleaning everything up. The onsite manager was also great about communicating with us and explaining what was going on. They left our house looking really clean when they finished and even came back the following Monday to take care of the last few things. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof or with the experience we had with Stublen. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and clearly took pride in their work. We’re so glad we chose them again and would absolutely recommend Stublen Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof!
