  Bobby was fantastic! He accurately diagnosed the issue with my AC, got the part as quickly as he was able, installed it and then ensured that it was truly fixed before leaving. He also caught another issue that was preventing the AC from working as well as it should've. I really appreciated his thoroughness and accuracy!

  With guests arriving to visit in a few days, our AC decided to go on strike. Capital City and Dillon Barrett to the rescue. Within a few hours, Dillon diagnosed the problem, Lisa located the part first thing the next morning, and by early afternoon we were cooling. We are always confident that Capital City will keep our systems maintained and handle emergency repairs quickly. Dillon was a great communicator, thoroughly explained what needed to happen, was careful on our freshly cleaned carpet to cover his shoes, and gave our dog lots of love too. Highly recommend these folks!

  First time customer here and in a pinch when our usual provider wasn’t able to dispatch someone for three days despite us having a service plan. Capital City replied quickly and was able to dispatch Bobby the same day. Bobby went above and beyond beyond to share info about the issue our HVAC unit while fixing it in less than an hour. Bobby also identified options for sustainable solutions as this was an issue we were having recur at least once or twice a year. Highly recommend Bobby & The Capital City team.

  After an unpleasant experience with another HVAC company, we decided to get a second opinion, and we’re so glad we did. Dillon called ahead to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he found during his visit. He answered all of my questions with patience and was very knowledgeable. I felt well informed and not pressured.   We needed a few things done: fix a strobing bathroom light (botched by a previous electrician from another company), install a light in our media/coat closet, and install a whole-house surge protector on the panel. Jacob thoroughly explained his work, what needed to be done, how long it would take, and he made sure to answer any questions we had. They were in and out in a couple hours, completed everything we needed them to, and it all works perfectly. The whole time they were in the house they wore protective covers over their shoes and cleaned up after themselves (I.e. swept up the debris from the parts of the wall they had to drill out to install the light/light switch). Overall it was a smooth experience and I'd definitely recommend CCCS to anyone who needs electrical work done on their home.
