  They always do a great job and don't oversell. If something is needed they will offer a solution but they have never tried to sell anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. Always happy with their service and I always recommend to my real estate clients as well.

  Eric and Jake with Capital City were fantastic! They came out for our routine maintenance check and were extremely thorough and professional. They took their time, walked us through everything they checked, explained how our system was looking, and even included pictures so we could see exactly what they were talking about. They never made us feel rushed and made sure all of our questions were answered. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the time they spent making sure everything was taken care of. Excellent service — highly recommend Eric and Jake!

  Bobby is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/concerns thoroughly when he came by to do my servicing. I also appreciate that he went out of his way to put the cover on our dryer vent. Also, didn’t ever feel like I had to get anything done that wasn’t urgent - I look forward to seeing him again for next servicing.

Their tech Carter came out and was thorough, skilled and knowledgeable to fix the issue as well as remedy solutions of other potential issues.   A wonderful, fair, and knowledgeable company that you can trust. From the moment they came out, I knew this company operated differently than what I’m used to seeing. They spent the extra time to educate me, made me feel like a priority, were responsive, on time, and did not try to upsell me. The installation went well and they came out the next day to rectify an issue promptly. I plan to use them for my HVAC needs for the foreseeable future. Special shoutout to Rob, Matt, & Quincy.
