  I have done a lot of remodeling, and Panda Kitchen and Bath of Peninsula is by far the best company I have ever done business with. The owner is an amazing person and the absolute best to work with. The quality of their cabinets is the absolute best that I have ever seen. The cabinets are solid wood with a lot of different options. The installation was a good and easy process. The installers were very meticulous, professional, and always kept a neat and clean workspace. They always involved me in what was taking place. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their kitchen and/or bathroom.

  First I have this company a 2 star because the cabinets fit beautifully and it looks really good and the countertops look amazing. The people that came out to do the cabinets and countertops do not respect other peoples property the smoked cigarettes all day and threw the butts all around my yard and on my porch. As well as the chewed gum and threw it in my yard. They never bothered to wear shoe covers in my house and left muddy footprints and they scratched up hardwood floors because they were dragging the cabinets in the house. And on top of all that I tried to ask questions and they were not able to answer my questions because they couldn’t speak English. Other than those issues the cabinets are very pretty.

  Panda Kitchen&Bath sold us a granite kitchen countertop without any sort of sealing and without even telling us, although they knew exactly that it was supposed for a kitchen ! And most ridiculous afterwards : They are neither responding to emails, nor to voice messages on their business phone - they prefer to “hide” instead of handling the situation. How disappointing. Especially as the stone itself is beautiful.

  I got quotes and met with SEVEN different companies and this is the only one that knew the products they sell, and was able to get a custom look without spending $50,000.00. They are the only company that was willing to put in what I wanted, and not what "everyone else is getting" which was generic cabinets with outdated granites from the 2008 era. Great staff, Cindy and Susan were great to work with, very detail oriented and responsive. This company has integrity, one of the sinks broke and they replaced it the next day. The quotes and invoices are clear and everything is in writting, in this market sadly many contractors give customers a quote but do not provide details as to what will be done with sufficient detail, and then want to do change orders for everything inflating the price. This company has no suprises, the price we agreed on was the total cost with zero over budget items. If you are not from this area or military please be careful what contractors you use, as some of them wil try to take advantage of you. Panda is a company that you can actually trust. Pictures show their work and quality and it's not even done. Panda did the design, cabinets, counters, backsplash, marble, and hardware. The only comparable quote was from a company in Richmond and $25,000 more than Panda.
