  Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Loved the design, but also appreciate the patience as we took time to consider our investment. Samples and showroom set up helped with decision making.

  Ms. Sharell is an outstanding sales associate. She listens to her customers, is very professional, and cares alot about the customer. No matter how many questions I asked, she always answers them in a timely manner. I have never experience the quality of customer service that Ms. Sharell provides. It is because of Ms. Sharell that I decided to go with Cabinets To Go after shopping other stores. No one Iisten to what I wanted but Ms. Sharrelll did !!!! I also love that I can text Ms. Sharrell when I need to. Ms. Sharell has made this cabinet buying experience absolutely easy , enjoyable, and exceptional!!! She is an outstanding representative of the company !!!!

  We heard of Cabinets To Go from a family member who recommended we go online and take a look. During that search we ran across information for the Newport News Va. in-store location. We prefer face to face interaction so we visited recently. We are SO glad we did. “Sharell”, Cabinets To Go employee, made the visit worthwhile and then some. She is obviously very knowledgeable of the products and was very patient as she showed us around the showroom and answered all of our questions. In many cases she got up from her desk and computer and actually put her hands on the product in question vice just showing us a picture. We definitely recommend going to the Newport News showroom and make sure you ask for Sharell.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I cannot recommend our sales agent, Sharrell Freeman, highly enough. Renovations and their associated costs can be stressful, but she was instrumental in helping us navigate the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, attentive to every detail, and remarkably patient with all our questions. What we appreciated most was how she listened to our wants and needs to find the best possible solutions. She ensured we got an amazing kitchen with high-quality products while strictly respecting our budget, and we never once felt pressured to spend more than we could afford. Her informative guidance put us at ease, and she consistently went above and beyond what was required of her to make sure everything turned out perfectly. We absolutely love our new kitchen and couldn't have brought our dream space to life without her dedication and expertise. Highly recommend!
