Buyer Beware — Poor Quality Control and No Support for a Hidden Defect We purchased a Pronto vanity top from Cabinets To Go, and I want to warn other customers about a serious quality issue we discovered during installation. Although the top looks beautiful from above, the underside of the sink around the drain opening was extremely rough, uneven, and riddled with pits, holes, and grooves. This is the exact area where the drain gasket needs to form a watertight seal. Because of these imperfections, we have been unable to get the drain to seal properly without leaking. We have spent considerable time and effort trying to correct what appears to be a manufacturing defect, including purchasing specialty epoxy to rebuild and smooth the surface around the drain. We contacted Cabinets To Go, but because we purchased the vanity top more than a year ago, they refused to help. We had purchased it in advance of our renovation and had no reason to suspect that a brand-new vanity top would have such a problem hidden underneath the sink. My biggest concern is that this defect would be virtually impossible for an average customer to notice without turning the entire vanity top over and carefully inspecting the underside of the drain opening. My advice to anyone considering purchasing this vanity top: Inspect the underside of the sink and the drain opening BEFORE purchasing or installing it. Do not assume that because the visible surface looks beautiful, the product is properly manufactured. I am extremely disappointed in both the quality of this product and the lack of customer support. A vanity top should not require extensive repairs just to install a drain without leaks. I have included photographs so other customers can see exactly what we encountered.

Sharell with Cabinets to Go took her time with my design and didn't get frustrated with my numerous change request. She really listed to what I wanted but also had the expertise to guide me to the best decisions for my kitchen design. The showroom is great, well designed and demonstrated their products so that you can easily see the quality and esthetic. Great experience and I can't wait to start on my new kitchen!!

Sharell is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I came in with a very basic understanding of the project we decided to tackle on our own and Sharell was so patient, funny, and kind. She worked with our ideas and gave us even better ideas. Seeing her create the 3D design, we got more excited. She is so fun to work with and we are so beyond excited to see the results. One awesome thing about Sharell is that I would begin to explain a design im thinking of and she would know exactly what I was thinking and show me exactly the design. WE LOVE SHARELL AND ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO IS IN THE PROCESS OF CABINETRY DESIGN!

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Loved the design, but also appreciate the patience as we took time to consider our investment. Samples and showroom set up helped with decision making.
