  These have to be the most unprofessional business people ever! I called these people 2 weeks ago to make an appointment for LAST Friday. I called back immediately to ask if they take cash or charge and to give me an estimate for a diagnosis, Absolutely NO ONE called back. Friday came and went not a call, text, no one showed up NOTHING. Today a whole six days later, I'm at work, the man's wife calls me back,, get this,,,, from my house, in my back yard, trying to give me an estimate for a this and that. When I began to tell her how I felt fist about their no show the previous Friday, next about her being at my house, uninvited, trespassing, smelling around my house, poking in my soil, this person had the overwhelming audacity to call me rude and proceeded to tell me don't ever call for their services again. What I feel like his wife was really saying was "listen Mr Blacky, I'm white and I can walk all over your property uninvited, fish through your trash, peek through your windows, destroy your distribution box, overcharge you for a new one and there's nothing you can due about it. The fact that I caught you at work and you have to talk outside and overtalk exhaust fans is no excuse for you to be yelling. Don't ever call us again and good luck with your distribution box." I feel like that's what she really wanted to say. Mow I don't know if they broke a single thing, however, in the future if you don't want a review like this stop trespassing.

  My last review was pretty bad and im here to correct it. I talked with one of the owners and she is gonna make things right. Being a new homeowner has its ups and downs but over all Samantha was very kind and understanding. And things will be handled on the 16th.

  Paid for a camera inspection (which wasn't done and morphed into a more expensive consultation). Couldn't get past corroded T. Immediately pushed their preferred designer for a full install of a new system. Felt like a sales pitch, not a diagnosis. I think I just made what some might call a rookie mistake in terms of expectations. I'd give 0 stars, but they were friendly and informative. Update: pipe wasn't corroded. the drain box was collapsed. Didn't need a new field. Updated review to 1 star.

  The most friendly, helpful service from start to finish. We had to reschedule a few times due to winter weather and their team kept me up to date every step of the way. When Chris was finally able to make it out he was incredibly personable and got the job done efficiently.

  We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Called at 8:44 a.m. and they were at our house within 30 minutes to pump our septic tank. Professional, Friendly, and FAST!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
