  These have to be the most unprofessional business people ever! I called these people 2 weeks ago to make an appointment for LAST Friday. I called back immediately to ask if they take cash or charge and to give me an estimate for a diagnosis, Absolutely NO ONE called back. Friday came and went not a call, text, no one showed up NOTHING. Today a whole six days later, I'm at work, the man's wife calls me back,, get this,,,, from my house, in my back yard, trying to give me an estimate for a this and that. When I began to tell her how I felt fist about their no show the previous Friday, next about her being at my house, uninvited, trespassing, smelling around my house, poking in my soil, this person had the overwhelming audacity to call me rude and proceeded to tell me don't ever call for their services again. What I feel like his wife was really saying was "listen Mr Blacky, I'm white and I can walk all over your property uninvited, fish through your trash, peek through your windows, destroy your distribution box, overcharge you for a new one and there's nothing you can due about it. The fact that I caught you at work and you have to talk outside and overtalk exhaust fans is no excuse for you to be yelling. Don't ever call us again and good luck with your distribution box." I feel like that's what she really wanted to say. Mow I don't know if they broke a single thing, however, in the future if you don't want a review like this stop trespassing.

  The most friendly, helpful service from start to finish. We had to reschedule a few times due to winter weather and their team kept me up to date every step of the way. When Chris was finally able to make it out he was incredibly personable and got the job done efficiently.

  We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Called at 8:44 a.m. and they were at our house within 30 minutes to pump our septic tank. Professional, Friendly, and FAST!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

  Superior Septic Service is one of the best companies I have worked with - very honest, respectable and knowledgeable. I called Justin and explained how frustrated I was with getting somebody to come out and evaluate my septic problem. He said that he could not come until Monday (it was Thursday) but said he would be there at 11AM to evaluate. About an hour later, my doorbell rang and it was Justin. He was in the area and decided to come by. I already had the main components of the system excavated so it was rather easy for Justin to make an assessment. I told him that I wanted to do the best repair but only exactly what I needed. Based on what he could see (and of course there would be unknowns) he gave me advice on what would likely be the best fixes for this issue. He was not pushy at all and gave me a rough estimate of the cost. Again, there could be more after uncovering the header lines at the drain field but he made sure I understood what "could" be lurking. He agreed to come back on Monday (the original day he would have evaluated) to start the work. He and his nephew Josh were on time and prepared for the job. He walked me thru the steps and was extremely patient with my questions and comments. He explained to me the condition of my drain field (which was the best it could have been) and said it would be easy to jet the lines to clear out the minor dirt accumulation that was there. The rest of the work went smoothly and was professionally installed.The charged price was exactly as quoted and was very fair and reasonable.I would recommend Justin and Superior Septic Service for repairs without hesitation.

  I would like to express my experience with this company. The technician was 15 minutes early with the truck sitting in place ready to work. He was very professional, and friendly. Dug up the septic lid, pumped out the tank, covered up, repacked the dirt and left the 2 foot hole as if no one was ever there! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing his assistance.Please give this company a call if you need your septic located and pumped.
