  Great customer service. Always someone to help you. Prices on lumber is cheaper than Lowe's... All their lumber has been straight and #1. Try to get a straight 16 footer from somewhere else.

  One of the worst customer service experiences perhaps ever. 20 days to place an order for timber tech product and still got it wrong. Email and text to sales- nothing back. An email to Bruce - crickets again. No effort whatsoever to make it right. No offer to cover expenses caused by them. I guess spending $11,000 is only important to me-not them. Oh well, we move on to Lowe’s and Home Depot I guess. Well done to Sandra and Ethan and Zach for trying.
