I work for a custom home builder in RVA and wanted to share the numerous 5 star experiences we've had here! Mary constantly goes above and beyond during every selection meeting, and her product knowledge immediately makes our homeowners feel comfortable. Most recently, a homeowner (who previously had a less than ideal experience elsewhere) was having some difficulty deciding on a stain color. Mary was able to put together custom color samples with a nearly immediate turn around time - our homeowner was super grateful for the extra effort & are excited to move forward!

Everyone associated with Old Dominion Floor Co who refinished our floors was professional, friendly and competent. I was especially impressed with Wendy Grant who prepared the estimate and then followed through.
