  I absolutely loved my entire experience with Custom Home Improvements. The salesperson, Bill Pyle, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision. The production manager, Kimberly, was always there when I had any questions and kept me up to date on all the jobs and who would be in charge. The project managers Demitrius and Rick took pictures and videos of the progress of the roof installation and kept me informed. The roof installers did a great job; they cleaned up so great that my yard looked better after the installation. The Dalton Crew did a great job on the gutter installation and even replace the light bulbs for my flood lights! Thank You Custom Home Improvements!

Greg Smith was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions. Neil, Efrain and Mark helped us with our roof, door, gutters, and vinyl wrapping under the eaves, and every part of the project was handled with care and precision. What really stood out was their communication. Kimberly kept us informed every step of the way and even provided pictures and videos of the work being done, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. The craftsmanship was excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They were also incredibly reliable. The timelines they gave us were accurate, and everything was completed on schedule without any surprises.   I had an excellent experience with Custom Home Improvements & Repairs. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast. Kimberly and Rick made themselves available during the entire process, answering questions and making sure everything moved along without any issues. Their communication and willingness to help really made the experience stress-free. Not only was my roof beautifully replaced—it honestly felt like a bit of a face lift for my home. The difference in appearance is amazing. The crew worked efficiently and completed the entire project in less than five hours, which was incredibly impressive. Another thing I really appreciated was the cleanup. The service workers did a pretty good job making sure everything was picked up and tidy once the job was finished. After being approved for financing, the rest of the process was quick and easy. Everything moved forward smoothly, and before I knew it the project was done. I would highly recommend Custom Home Improvements & Repairs to anyone who needs home improvements done in the Richmond area. Great people, great work, and a great experience overall!
