It took them over a month to get it and when they got it they did not let us know we had to call and then all of a sudden oh yeah it arrived today and then when it comes to scheduling the installation appointment they sent us an email on Friday that Monday someone will reach out to us to schedule us Monday came and went nothing. I sent several emails inquiring about when our appointment Day and time will happen no response. Finally I picked up the phone and called them and I got a lady over there who was helpful but it just seems like everything there is in disarray. She asked someone else for them to schedule me for the next day and they cannot give me a concrete timeframe. Do not use these people you’ll be wasting your time and energy because everyone there is clueless.
