The buying experience was incredible. My purchase was as a bit difficult because I was paying cash and the cash receipt was delayed. They worked with me through this difficulty to make sure I got my home. Thank you. As for my condo. I purchased the Tessa. I was a bit afraid moving from a 4200 sq ft home to a 1500 sq ft home, but the Tessa is so open and roomy. I love the wide hallways. And not only me but everyone loves my kitchen. It makes cooking fun and easy. The primary bedroom and closets, yes closets, are huge with more than enough room. I love the bedroom with the balcony. I made this my entertainment room. The view from my balcony is beautiful. The warranty and persons involved with the warranty are awesome. They are attentive. And they always offer advice for items not covered under the warranty, which is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. The people living here are great, friendly and respectful. The HOA takes care of the grounds. There is still construction going on but the grounds look good and are clean. Overall, I recommend buying a home from Coalfield Station and with Kaylea Wrenn. HOA dues are about to sky rocket due to the corruption that has occurred over the last few years and disorganization. Assessments have been placed on home owners two years in a row and it has made it very difficult to sell our home because lenders aren’t approving the buyers based on the amount of times the HOA has had to use our reserve funds which is pretty much non existent at this point leading to the need to charge residents assessments in addition to the monthly HOA dues. More than half of the owners are delinquent in paying HOA dues and now other owners are having to foot the bill. Stanley Martin is trying to get out of this neighborhood as quick as possible and the new HOA board will be the owners that were closest to Stanley Martin and will cover up all of the mess for as long as they are in control of the HOA. Buy or rent elsewhere

We’ve lived here for over two years and have had a solid experience overall! We’ve been really happy with our Bethany model and have found the neighborhood to be generally quiet and convenient for day-to-day living. Like any newer community, we’ve run into a few minor issues, but nothing out of the ordinary.

I live in the Bethany model, which offers the perfect middle ground between the units. It provides a townhome feel while still maintaining the benefits of condo living. The rooftop is amazing, and having a covered porch is a huge bonus. There are fun activities within the neighborhood, and best of all, water is included in the HOA fee.

We purchased our condo in 2023 and have had a wonderful experience both during the buying process and throughout the past 2.5 years of living here. Stanley Martin’s care and attention to detail truly stood out and made the entire experience feel seamless and special. The quality of the condos is excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with our home. One of the best parts of living here is the community—our neighbors are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. It’s a great place to live, and we’re so glad we chose it.
