  Lied about travel fee, didn’t show up the first time, then call the second time and told us it’s $129 travel fee. I know gas is expensive, but not $129.

  I had a clog down my sewer line and they came out and ran the snake and got everything squared away. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Alex, Shane, and David. I will forever be loyal to 360 Plumbing. Best in Richmond

  BEWARE - I was charged $150 (yes, one hundred and fifty dollars!!) to replace a standard $10 flapper!!! It was 2 minutes of work (I have done it myself dozens of times in my life). I could MAYBE understand if they made the trip just for that, but they were there to fix a hose bib (the hose was "stuck" on the bib). The technician said he may be able to just get the hose loose without having to replace the bib. I said wow, that would be great - and while you are here, let me show you two other little things. I mentioned that my toilet was running from time to time, he looked in the tank and said it needed a new flapper. I also showed him where my sink was running slowly - said it was probably just the stopper. He did have to replace the hose bib but before he did, he discussed the alternatives and the cost of $250. Imagine my utter surprise when he presented a bill for $498, not $250. Turns out he charged $150 for the flapper and $98 for the sink. Both of those items together took less than 10 minutes. When I called the office, the person that answered said they would not have charged for the sink, and maybe $75 for the flapper - so clearly no consistent pricing strategy. But that is not even close to the worst. I spoke to the owner -- she agreed that they should have quoted the work before performing it (I would not have authorized either of those other two). I also asked her about why one technician was charging $150 when the office said $75, she said it's because they are telling the field guys to raise prices, etc. She was willing to remove the (unauthorized) $98 charge for the sink, but made no adjustment for the (unauthorized) $150 flapper charge - even though her own office quoted it at $75. FWIW, Carroll Plumbing does not charge additional fees for those types of items when they are on a service appointment. Maybe it's due to growing pains or new inexperienced ownership? Up until now I had great experiences.

  Impressed by 360! They came out quickly for a sewer line stoppage and did quality work at a reasonable price. Brian was great.
