    Hands down, one of the best plumbing experiences I've ever had, especially after the stress I've been going through during this recent home renovation. The tech (Alex) was prompt (even arrived earlier than expected) and professional. He was all business, got straight to work, and diagnosed and addressed each issue with impressive technical knowledge, explanations, and execution. Pricing was fair and transparent (no surprises). 360 Plumbing gets my vote, and I didn't mind parting with my hard-earned money for the exceptional service and a job well done!

    Our hot water finally met its demise. Off a recommendation from others in the neighborhood (Woodlake) called 360. They were able to get out the next morning. The tech Brian was really friendly, informative and transparent. Quickly diagnosed our issue, put the call in to the shop and gave us an estimate within minutes. Did a full changeover of our system in 2 hours or so and had us back up up and running. Very pleased and will be 360 plumbing customers going forward 100%

    Excellent customer service. Very professional! Shannon and Marcos were very great to work with. They showed up after my first call to the office, checked all the problems to confirm my requests, took the time to answer my questions and gave me an estimate within 48 hours as promised. They were back in a week to finish the work after I gave the go-ahead. Work was completed within a couple of hours with no issues and mess left behind. I highly recommend them.

    We have been using 360 Plumbing for many years and they always do great work. Their team is professional with great communication and follow-up. Shannon and Marco were just out working in our Sump pump and did a great job. Prices are fair and we highly recommend.

    Bottom line: Trust was broken. The focus felt more on charging per visit than actually solving the problem. Overall: Fast and responsive Not thorough in diagnosing the issue Not customer-centered when the original fix didn’t work Costs increased with each step, even when prior solutions failed Accountability & Trust Concerns: The resolution model felt step-based (pay per attempt), not outcome-based (fix the issue) The warranty covers whether the work was completed—not whether the issue was actually fixed Multiple incorrect diagnoses still resulted in additional charges to continue The receipt states they are not responsible for damages before, during, or after repairs After multiple visits, incorrect diagnoses, and additional charges to continue troubleshooting, I chose to go with another company. The issue: We had an upstairs toilet leak that had already been rebuilt/reset twice before calling. The full history was explained when they arrived (toilet already removed). Despite that, we were charged ~$250 for another rebuild/reset. I specifically stated this had already been done and didn’t fix the issue. Within 4 hours, the leak returned. Second visit (emergency): They came back the next morning after two calls. The diagnosis given (water from top of tank) did not match what we were seeing. The tank was wiped down and we were told that was the issue. Within an hour, the leak was back again. We called the technician who said to turn the water off, call Monday, and the toilet needed to be replaced. After calling Monday to speak to the owner, he Initially quoted: + $200 more (bringing total to ~$450, before discounts applied) to put the new toilet in. We explained the additional cost for fixing the same issue was a financial burden. After significant back-and-forth, that amount was negotiated down Important context: If replacing the toilet had been recommended from the beginning, the total would have been about $325. Although they were willing to come a third time for a fee that would have made the total still over $325, high customer effort and the understanding of their business model discouraged me and my family.
