  We replaced our HVAC units with Herman W Allen, which cost approximately $22,000 for two outdoor units and air handlers. From the very beginning, everyone has been incredibly courteous and professional in their service. They send out texts letting us know when we should expect folks to arrive and if there were any delay, we would get a phone call. Our sales rep Justice was very patient and fully explained multiple options at different price points and followed up with us without making us feel pressured. We actually ended up having a condensate line leak on our old unit just prior to our planned install and wanted to give a shout out to the technician Chris Lewis. He showed up and resolved the issue promptly. He was incredibly professional and personable. We did not get charged for this, which was not expected at all, but very nice. For the actual install day, Devin, Kory and the entire team were fantastic. They showed up very promptly in the morning. The installation itself took most of the day, but the crew worked incredibly diligently and were very respectful about trying to be disruptive with our home including laying down tarps for their work areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and work performed and will utilize them for future work.

  Technician Connor and associate installed a brand new Lennox A/C, Furnace, coil and S40 thermostat at my home. They were very professional, and was more than willing to answer any questions I may have. After installing these systems Connor addressed the contents of a folder with manuals and warranties. Next, he showed the essential of the Lennox thermostat. I was very pleased with the service dispensed and willing to recommend this heating and cooling service to family, friends and neighbors.

  Technician, Jonathan arrived on time for annual maintenance visit. He explained what he was going to do, evaluated the system, showed me one area of concern and made recommendations. He was personable, answered all of my questions and gave useful tips on using the maintenance plan for heating too. .

  Justin and his assistant Mark arrived on time and I was notified as to Whom I should expect prior to their arrival via email. Justin was very personable and thorough in his explanation of the process and kept me up-to-date as to how the project stood as the day progressed. In spite of running into some technical issues, Justin and Mark remained focused on completing the job and ensuring that I would have air-conditioning at the end of the day. At job completion, just explained all of the aspects of the system that I would interact with as the owner. I was very impressed with my whole business relationship with Herman W, Allen and especially Jeremey, Who came in and did the initial estimate and schedule the job, and then Justin and Mark, who actually came in and removed my old system and install the new one.
