  Today, my water heater needed to be serviced rather quickly due to my water heater pilot light malfunctioning. This water heater is 2 years old. However, I was able to contact Herman W. Allen Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Michael & Nicholas came through to save the day and made all necessary repairs and now I'm fully operational again. Thanks a bunch, Michael and Nicholas💯🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

  I have always had great experiences with the folks here. They give you an advance notice when they are on their way (via text and email) with a photo of the associate. They are always professional and friendly too. And they do the job properly and don't leave a mess! Michael was here today to reset a toilet and he was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He even made time to check my other toilets for the same issue! Only great things to say about this company over the years!

  We have been waiting for TWO weeks for a competent tech to come out and fix our problem. First trip they sprayed our unit with a water hose the first time and left. Two weeks later they continue to make excuses as to why the part has not come in. We were referred through home warranty company and our issue has not been even addressed after two weeks of back and forth with these people. I’m disgusted with their sense of urgency and competence. Will never refer them or use this company again. If you have an emergency situation, be stay far away from this company.

  Brian was right on time and had quickly diagnosed the reason for my leak. To get to and fix the leak, unfortunately, required pulling out my stacked washer/dryer unit; cutting through the drywall to access the leaking hose, and replacing it. He and his assistant got right to work pulling out the washer/dryer unit and fixing the problem in a short amount of time. So far, everything that he said about my washer has proven to be true. Brian appears to be very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced at what he does. Consequently, I would not hesitate to call upon him and Herman & Allen again.

  Technicians arrived on time and ready to remove old system. After a review with me of the equipment and locations both Devlin and Bo dismantled the existing outdoor and indoor units, carefully removing the Generac delay module and making sure I got it. They proceeded to install the new heat pump and air handler, building a new platform for the latter in the attic. After installation and testing was completed, they cleaned up nicely. There was no property damage associated with the installation. Before leaving Devlin provided a tutorial on the system, including the new thermostat and filter recommendations and turned over the paperwork associated with the various system components.
