  We always have a wonderful experience with Bear Mechanical! I called as soon as they opened regarding our a/c unit not working and team members were at my house by the early afternoon. Adam, Jordan, and Brett were efficient and able to fix the problem within an hour. They were also very kind and responsive to my young son who was curious and asking questions the entire time they were working. Highly recommend Bear’s services!

  I wish I could give them 10 stars. I have had several issues with my heat pump over the years. And the people that attempted to fix my unit let me down terribly. I called Bear Mechanical and it was the best thing I could have ever done. In a time where there is no compassion, or care for customers, Bear Mechanical restored my faith in people again. This company is compassionate , caring, and does the best work Ive ever seen. I have an elderly mother who's health is not the best and they never hesitate on getting here so she doesn't have to endure extreme heat or cold. Dont make the mistake of calling another company if u need a job done right, and good people to do it. I would give any of these guys a kidney if they needed it. I honestly cant sing their praises loud enough. THE BEST COMPANY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

  One if their drivers was very aggressive and flipped us off for legit nothing! Hope they don’t treat customers like that.

  Adam and his crew were amazing!! They responded quickly and fixed my AC! Great customer service!! Definitely recommend them!

  What a wonderful, thorough and kind owner, Adam, with his Assistant Brett, to come to the rescue of my mom in her Assisted Living Community apartment. It is now my understanding that Bear Mechanical is working closely with Harmony at Hanover in Mechanicsville to inspect, repair and /or replace needed individual Apartments’ HVAC systems; systems that have sadly been uncared for. I was present when Adam and Brett entered mom’s apartment and found a real mess with her HVAC. They were understanding of my concern regarding my mother’s care and they immediately worked to fix the issue. It is so uplifting to find a company who values their work because they value their clients and want the very best for everyone!! I adore these guys!! Thank you so much!!
