  Your techs were very courteous and explained each step of their process so that even novices like my wife and I could understand. They also changed the filter with the extra one I had with us.

  This is the first time I have worked with Aerotech and I have to say so far I have had an amazing experience. From the people in the office, to texting me letting me know the status, all the way to Seth talking me through the issue. It has been wonderful.

  Lost A/C on the weekend. They were able to come out the same day. Amy and John were phenomenal! It ended up being the thermostat face needing replacing. John went above and beyond to ensure my lines were flushed, and everything looked clean and sealed before leaving. It stood out how kind and trustworthy they were. Highly recommend

  They responded to our emergency call on-time even though it was pouring rain outside. John quickly diagnosed the repairs needed and had the necessary parts. The job was completed quickly and professionally and John had our AC working properly in this heat wave. We are very grateful not just for the quality of the work done to get back us on track but the speed with which they responded on a Friday afternoon.
