  Adam Engle is a very good garage door repairman. Appears to be knowledgeable about everything and good about explaining a problem and what needs to be done to fix it. Also friendly and easy to talk to.

  I usually don't write reviews but in this case I wanted to thank the A1 Door CompanyTeam for taking care of my garage door issue quickly and at a reasonable price. I explained my situation to Stephanie over the phone and she was great. She was able to get a technician(Adam) out to my house within a couple hours and he quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair in just a few minutes. He and his assistant also inspected and lubricated my other garage door and gave me some good advice on what to look out for in the future without trying to push repairs I did not need. I really appreciated that! Trust me when I say when it comes to getting your garage door repaired don't go the cheap route, I made that mistake but fortunately A1 Door Company took care of me without taking advantage of me. Finally, as a small business owner myself I appreciate that they are a family owned company and really take care of their employees. You can tell by the way Adam took pride in the work he did for me.   I had some Framing work done on my garage And they unhooked the doors. I called A1 and they sent someone out the very next day to fix it Miguel was excellent Very polite and knew what he was doing He had everything done in Less than an hour

  Our spring broke yesterday and we leave for a vacation in a week and need our farm sitter to be able to enter and exit thru garage. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get someone here before we left. A1 had the easiest booking process! Tech was here next morning - named Tim W and he was fantastic. Super nice guy with straightforward pricing and advice on which springs to replace the old ones given how we use the garage door as our primary entry to the home. Left the place clean. Would 100% use them again!
