  American Light Design did a fantastic job for us. The installers of our five sunscreens arrived on time, and worked diligently to install each component carefully and professionally, and made sure the final product met with our approval. In addition, the screens and their various components fit and blend beautifully with our existing. We could not be happier with the final product. Thank you everyone at ALD; you are the BEST!

  American Light Design was easy to work with when it came to ordering and designing our motorized deck screens. We appreciated that our sales representative, Michael, dialed into our HOA's Design Review Committee meeting to answer questions. Even though the HOA made changes to the design we wanted, American Light Design adapted and submitted updated documents right away. There were a few scheduling issues, but nothing that could not be resolved. Overall, we were very satisfied with the end results.

  Very responsive, even more thorough. They did a retractable screen install and went out of their way to ensure it was done properly. High quality products, higher quality work. I will be using them again.

  Had two 6ft wide and one 12 foot screens installed on outdoor covered porch. Chose magna track after researching competing motorized retractable screens. Their design while most expensive seemed to be most robust and high quality. Give product and installation crew (Seth and Max) 5 star. Overall 4 star because outreach communications following order not very good. After order placed, sales (Nick) advised project mgr would be Mike and he would contact us re schedule etc. Heard nothing until call from a person called Danvick on Friday asking if installation team can come on Monday. Turns out large screen had a flaw and needed to be replaced. Same lack of communication after several inquiries as to when this would happen. Send email to support never got a reply e.g. Phone calls on what’s schedule were answered with they will check but no follow-up. Finally 6 1/2 weeks after initial installation Fred calls on Wednesday if crew can come on Friday. Again very pleased with work by Seth and Stewart this time to replace flawed screen.

  Hello! We have to say first that the crew was spectacular! The crew installed professionally and cleaned up everything! Impeccable look and design on magnatrack screens. Operation seems flawless and made our patio a whole new room! Sun is out and it's about 95°...when sun shines directly at our patio, the screens cool area immediately! Very excited to see how the screens work when autumn arrives to keep patio warm and wind free. We are very excited to use on a regular basis! Thank you all so much!!!
