- JDJon DavisOct 8, 20255.0Marybeth was absolutely amazing. My wife and I are entering a new chapter in our lives as I have recently retired after 25 years of active-duty military service. Purchasing a home regardless of status can be very overwhelming and my wife and I went back and forth if this is the right time to purchase. After seeing the Stanley Martin Homes and The Preserve at Long Branch we initiated discussions to purchase a home. However, we got cold feet and backed out. Two weeks later and after much praying and going over the pros and cons my wife went back into discussions leading to us signing a contract. Through it all Marybeth was very professional and understanding that this was a BIG decision and was very supportive even after we backed out. Additionally, she really came through and helped us out ensuring we had everything right before construction started. Stanley Martin Homes provide beautiful homes, and my wife and 9 kids are excited to call a Stanley Martin home our home.

She even made sure we saw different home styles in person — trekking with us in 100-degree heat and sloshing through the mud in rain boots without missing a beat. - JAJennifer AshleyJul 13, 20255.0We didn’t think we would be interested in building a new home until we saw the Stanley Martin Show Home at The Preserve in Long Branch located in Nokesville, VA. We instantly fell in love with the quality, layout and design of the home. The Senior Neighborhood Sales Manager Marybeth Rosato was so lovely and provided us with all of the information we needed in a very non-pressured way. Other homes, even new builds, could not compete with what we found with Stanley Martin for the same amount of money. We enjoyed the design consultation process. Stanley Martin was able to provide us with design options prior to meeting at the design studio. At the design studio, the lead designer was able to walk us through the process and get the most value for our home. We met with the Construction Manager on several occasions and he was always available to answer questions and address concerns. He also recommended we hire an independent inspector to review the work prior to drywall installation. The inspector found minimal work to be addressed and was very complimentary of the quality of the work.
