  I had an excellent experience with Reddick & Sons. The plumber was professional, honest, and thorough. He opened the ceiling to investigate a suspected leak and confirmed there was no active leak at the time. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, he advised leaving the ceiling open for a couple of weeks while using the shower and toilet to monitor the situation. I really appreciated his honest approach and willingness to diagnose the problem carefully rather than trying to sell additional work. I would definitely recommend Reddick & Sons.

  Unfortunately, my air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday. I did some digging and Reddick & Sons caught my eye due to their great reviews and I love to support small business. I am so glad I went with this company! I called on a Sunday to get the HVAC looked at and scheduled an appointment on Thursday. The team contacted me on a Monday to get me in for a tech to come look and see what the issues. Brian S. came out and was able to find the issue relatively quickly and gave me some options to fix it. I ended up going with getting a new HVAC. I spoke with Melissa who helped me prices as well as scheduling; they tried to get me in on Tuesday but parts wouldn't arrive on time. Melissa called me on Tuesday and was able to get me scheduled for the HVAC installation on Wednesday morning. Jan H. came out on Tuesday evening to do the measurements and let me know we would need to make some changes to the piping to ensure everything would go smoothly. They ended up needing to call in a master plumber to get this taken care of and were able to schedule him to get this taken care of before the HVAC installation. Though I had someone else at my residence for the installation, I was told they were very kind, thorough, and communicative. I believe the team was Joey M., Zack E. and I saw there were a few other gentleman that helped as well. Overall, I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Reddick & Sons and would highly recommend them!

  A good experience. Called in the am and had Nick there by the afternoon. He was great about explaining the problem. The price was higher than I thought but what isn’t these days. What really impressed me about him was his explanation about the repair. Hey he had my approval to do the job at this point. But he clearly explained the issue , the repair and the parts he replaced. He showed me the damaged to each part. This not only let me know he wasn’t taking me but what an incredibly knowledgeable person he was. As a realtor of almost 40 years I would highly recommend.

  Reddick had been referred to us and we are happy we followed through with this company! The scheduler was very nice, asked appropriate questions, and promptly got us scheduled. Mitch provided EXCELLENT service. He communicated arrival time, was prompt, pleasant, professional. He assessed our issues and had all the necessary materials with him to immediately begin work. We were provided an estimate and upon acceptance, Mitch started the work. We believe he went beyond the scope of our original plan as he uncovered another area of corrosive pipe. He replaced this as well. Mitch took the time to explain exactly what he was doing with each area at issue and made sure we understood everything before he left. Thank you Mitch for your outstanding service and quality work! We are more than pleased with your services and gladly take this opportunity to recognize your exceptional service!

  This was a pretty routine service call to have my HVAC system inspected for summer, but Michael was terrific. He arrived within the window - and prior to that, I got a confirmation email the day before, and a call from Michael when he was 20 minutes out. He arrived, put shoe covers on, and was very personable and professional throughout. He explained in solid detail some of the issues with my system (some of which I suspected, some of which came as news to me), and didn't try to hard-sell me, though he did encourage me to consider a rather costly replacement. (Given my neglect of our system, I don't doubt his recommendation.) The thing that put me over the top to 5 stars was the write-up he provided afterwards, with such a thorough and well-explained description of what he found and his recommendations. If I were a teacher, I'd give him an A+! Will definitely be using them in the future.
