  Reddick & Sons is my go to from now on. When I called to make my appointment for a broken garbage disposal the representative that took my call was courteous and very helpful. Today was my appointment, the plumbing technician that came out his name was William; He was professional and friendly. He explained everything to me and my options. The pricing was very fair and he was clean with his work. He explained the warranty and tips to keep my new disposal running well. Reddick & Sons has gained a new client, I will be calling them for all of my plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical needs from here forward.

  I found this company about eight years ago from when I worked as an office manager and we needed a plumber. I searched and found these guys because they had such amazing reviews. They arrived to my place of business, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 10 minutes. The tech knocked about 10% off the service charge because it was such a quick fix. Fast forward to a couple of years later when my husband and I needed a new plumber for our home...Reddick and Sons came to mind and my husband and I have been customers ever since. I cannot recommend Mitch enough. Talk about a quality guy who definitely combines his decades of knowledge with common sense! So grateful for the integrity of Mitch, and this company in general.

  The company and Nick reached out to advise me he was close. Upon his arrival, my dogs acted as if they knew him for years. Nick checked the toilet I needed replacing. He listened to my concerns, explained things, and gave me options. During the process, we learned the water valve needed to be replaced too, so he did right on the spot. I was able to get a new toilet and water valve in just a few hours and they look great. I’m happy with Nick’s professionalism and the work he did.

  Mark and the entire Reddick team met and exceeded my expectations. I intended to purchase a tankless system to replace my old water heater. They could have sold me the more expensive tankless system on the spot. Instead, they explained the features and factors and cost of ownership of each system. I ended up with a tank water heater which was expertly installed by Mark. Reddick’s expertise and candor earned them a new customer for life.

  I am so thankful I learned of Troy Reddick. He literally saved my original wood floors. I had a water leak coming under my wood floors next to my kitchen sink. He didn’t know me and came on a Saturday. He fit me in to an already busy Saturday. He detected the problem in less than 10 min and had it fixed in less than an hour. It was a pinhole leak in an old copper pipe. I now have a very reliable plumber for any problem I have in the future with my 65 year old home. Thank you thank you thank you👍
