  HVAC technician arrived at my home to inspect my breaker panel for potential fire hazards caused by an arc spark from a couple of melted breakers. He scheduled a company electrician for repairs and any additional work that may be required. Given the nature of this potential fire hazard, I am pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the inspections and repair appointments scheduled for today.

  Great experience from beginning to whenever... not the end, because we're probably switching when our current "agreement" ends. Our current provider wasn't able to help, but Zach with Reddick & Sons came in and gave us the right diagnosis the first time (bad water softener head/piston). Came out and replaced within a week and we are back in business! Water had slowed to a trickle and no dual use (flushing during showers was a no-no!). Happy to have them continue maintenance and any other needs that pop up!

  Sean showed up on time and was very thorough. He examined all appropriate parts of the system in preparation for the installation. GREAT JOB! Isaiah, Ron and Kevin did an outstanding job replacing my furnace and air-conditioning system with a 97% efficient new unit and a great warranty. First of all, Erick showed up a while back and gave me an estimate with no pressure whatsoever to get the work done I told him I was getting several estimates and he said fine. He provided me with a cash discount and even filled out the Washington gas rebate form for me and I just had to double check it sign it and he sent it in. On top of that the work was unbelievably good. They showed up on time. They showed me where they were going to work. They covered my floors to make sure there was no dirt or dust and spent the whole day doing an expert job. They are professionals and when I talked to them, they spoke about how much they liked working for their company. They said the owner is a stand-up guy and that is what I heard from another person named Tyrone Johnson who actually recommended this company. I couldn't be more pleased, and I am looking forward to the future to dealing with them and THEIR warranty!

  I’ve always had exceptional, professional, and timely solutions provided by Roderick & Sons. The service man Mitch has coincidentally repeatedly been my representative and his professionalism and service has always exceeded expectations and he has always found a way to go above and beyond to find a solution for my plumbing problems. He’s helped fix 2 toilets that began to leak when flushed, helped to diagnose and find a less expensive solution when my master room shower began leaking to the ceiling of my living room, and lastly has found the most cost effective solution for my leaking kitchen sink which was caused by me trying to do a DIY project

  Eric Moore was outstanding as was the entire Reddick team. I sent several companies the same detailed list of questions about replacing my furnace and AC. My house has an older three-zone system with a bypass damper, so it isn't a simple swap. One company never responded. Eric answered everything twice, once within an hour and once after business hours. He also put every commitment we discussed into the final contract. He didn't try to upsell me on equipment I didn't need. He told me my current thermostats would work on the new system, and when asked about a zone control upgrade he told me it wasn't necessary and explained why. A competing quote had a furnace roughly 50% oversized for my house. Eric's was sized correctly, and when I asked to see the load calculation, he said he'd come back with his Installation Manager and do it properly. Sean led the installation team on our full system replacement and was excellent from start to finish. He handled the pre-installation site review, developed the design specifications the crew worked from, troubleshot issues during the install itself, and then came back afterward to complete the startup and performance checklist rather than leaving it half-done. That last part matters — commissioning is where a system either performs as designed or quietly underperforms for years, and Sean saw it through. He was professional, courteous, and efficient every time we interacted. If you're having work done by Reddick & Sons, you want Sean running it. The installation crew Reddick & Sons sent for our full system replacement did outstanding work. They arrived on time and finished within the window they'd estimated, which alone puts them ahead of most contractors. They laid floor covering along the complete path from the door to their work areas before they started, and removed every bit of debris when they were done. They kept us informed throughout the day rather than leaving us guessing. The whole job was well organized and cleanly executed, and the house was left the way they found it. Genuinely impressive crew. The process is the most professional I've had with any contractor. Ask for Eric.
