  Where to start… The tech showed up after the window of the appointment on the inspection. They sat in their truck for 15 minutes after being late before coming to the door. Inspection itself was fine. Showed a proposal in person and said they couldn’t send right away because the signal was bad. No problem. I get the proposal later and it’s the same scope but 40% more expensive. Call for clarification and keep getting shuffled around and the best explanation given was that was the price without whatever monthly subscription fee they charge. Okay. Go to schedule with the now 40% more expensive repair and get sent a signature version of the quote with the new 40% fee AND subscription line added that was the justification for the price rising the first time. Three calls later from random non-managerial positions to explain what happened (they told us a manager would call) and they sent a third proposal for another few hundred dollars more. Again, the scope never changed from two prices ago. All of this happened within a week. Classic bait and switch and waste of time. Can’t speak to their plumbing work but their business management skills are horrendous. Plenty of other plumbers in the area, reward companies without poor business practices and let these type phase out.

  Mitch did a great job. Mitch called on the way to let us know exactly when he would arrive, so he removed any guesswork for us. The job took exactly as long as he said it would, and Mitch's cost estimate was very precise. Mitch cleaned up as he went and left or basement cleaner than when he started. The job is first rate! Mitch removed and replaced our sump pump and ran a new discharge line. Then he showed us how the new configuration would operate. In short, Mitch is our new plumbing hero.

  After an unexpected failure of our HVAC during a very hot few days, Brian S came out for an emergency visit to help diagnose the issue. The compressor had died prematurely and required replacement. Luckily, Brian and his helper Jessie were assigned the job to replace it and spent an entire day at my home working on it. It was a really hot and sunny day, yet they preserved and got everything up and running by the afternoon. These guys were incredibly thorough, and I appreciate how they took their time to ensure that everything was removed, cleaned, replaced, brazed, and recharged properly. They also brought me along and talked me through the whole process as I watched my the heart of my HVAC system be replaced with a new one. Brian even came back the next day to look things over and ensure that the new compressor was operating well and that the system was in balance. I was really thankful for his commitment to make sure that I felt satisfied and reassured after the unexpected failure. Reddick looked after our family during a really challenging week and got things ordered and scheduled quickly.

  Good company. Extremely professional and courteous. Gave me a reasonable price for Ac/furnace replacement and fit me in their schedule right away. The sales rep Sean was great to work with , extremely professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and objectives and presented me with several options ranging in price and didn’t try to upsell, which is not true with other companies. There was an issue with the commissioning of the unit, Reddick sent an experienced tech, Josh W. who did an excellent job in getting the system up and running at no charge and no run around. The company stood behind their work which is rare these days. I would highly recommend them.

  Aaron was awesome. He was here for an HVAC maintenance check. He noticed that a device designed to bring in fresh air was not turned on. He corrected that and explained to us how it would work. He also noticed a possible issue with the handling of condensation and suggested an alternative solution that would eliminate the possibility of water damage. He did a great job of explaining everything. We would welcome him back for future service calls.
