Rachel’s floors did the best job at our home! They contacted me the same day to schedule an appointment to show me samples and take measurements. My quote was available the next day and work began quickly after that. The installers were courteous and did an amazing job! We didn’t have standard measurements for our stairs but Ivan quickly solved the issue and made them look even better than I imagined! I would recommend Rachel’s Floors to anyone!

Working with Rachel was so easy. From the initial appointment to measure, choosing the carpet I wanted, and the installation- everything was seamless. Her office staff is friendly and communicated with me and answered my questions after hours when they weren't required to. The install crew was polite and they work their butts off! My new carpet is gorgeous and perfectly installed. I can't wait to work with her on my next home improvement project <3

Incredibly grateful for Rachel and the professionalism that she had when she came out (on a holiday!) to measure and give a quote for a situation that we had! Truly so knowledgeable, and helpful for our needs. Rachel's Floors has such a variety of options to choose from, and we love how experienced she is!

We highly recommend Rachel’s floors! RACHEL and her team, Mary, Angel and Francisco were fantastic to work with! My daughter has terrible allergies and Asthma and the carpets we had before were making it worse. Rachel was able to match our current hardwood floors. Francisco and his install team were professional, artisans, on time and did a beautiful job! The floors looked amazing! It really has helped my daughter sleep better and enjoy her room now without issues. Thank you Rachel’s Floors!

Rachel's floors is just the best of the best. Their attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, quality materials, and customer service are all stellar. I feel like I live in a new home. I'm just impressed with the work they have done on the entire main level of my home in addition to a new stairwell with beautiful railings. Thank you Rachel and team!
