We had a retractable screen and vinyl prior to this which didn't hold the heat in the winter and cooler air in the summer, but now it has made our space so much better. The install was perfect, aligned and tight, the sliding doors work easily, and the appearance matches so well it looks like we had it installed when we built the house. The materials they used are high quality and match our window frames. The value of our home has increased due to the increase in usable space which will more than cover the cost whenever we sell our home in the distant future. We love having morning coffee in such a peaceful setting! Colin Phillips was our sales representative and he was very polite, patient, informative, and professional. We highly recommend him and Patio Enclosures to anyone looking for a high quality custom designed space.

We had high hopes going into getting our patio enclosure done but it was one of the worst customer experiences of my life. The salesman, Colin, did not say anything to us about what the difference between finished and unfinished flooring was. They only did the flooring where the patio structure attached to our current patio. The flooring is uneven and slopes now. The concrete step that they left as a step out to the yard is absolutely disgusting. I have disabled children in my home and what they left is very dangerous for them to try to maneuver. One of the sliding doors was installed with a lock that was broken and doesn’t work. I have emailed all the contacts we have with absolutely no response as to how they are going to remedy the structural issues. 10/22/26 update Technician came by on 10/19 and fixed the outside step area and the broken door lock. The step out is so much better now. There wasn’t much that they could do for the inside floor of the sunroom.

We had an excellent experience with Patio Enclosures building our screened-in porch. One of the biggest challenges was navigating the county permitting process, and their team worked closely with us throughout the process to help determine what could be done while meeting all of the county’s requirements. Once we worked through those issues, Patio Enclosures took the time to understand exactly what my wife and I wanted and helped develop a solution that satisfied the county requirements without compromising our vision for the porch. The finished product has exceeded my expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to work through the challenges with us. I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone considering adding a screened-in porch to their home.
