  Outstanding service. Has an issue with multiple power items within the house. Range going out, lights flickering upstairs, HVAC off line, outlets without power. Armageddon and the plague combined. Called Parrish on Saturday morning and the person answering the call took detailed notes, ask pertenant questions and generally assured us that help was on the way. Twenty minutes later, Eric showes up, listen to what the issues were and goes "Awh. I think I know what is happening." Goes to the breaker panel and checks the incoming power supply and tells us that we had lost a phase coming from Dominion. Very cheerful and curtious young man and answered all our questions and stayed until we fought though the automated answering system that Dominion has and clearly informed the power company what the problem was. All around best experience with a company I have had in a long time. Old fashioned service we used to get and so rarely do now days. Thank you Parrish Services.

  The only way to really express how awesome Nick was with this installation would be the video the entire installation. He was friendly, professional, ridiculously knowledgable on every aspect of the water heater installation as well as the random questions we had. In fact, we truly feel this is the culture of Parrish Services - everyone we've had to our home has been the best quality of technician AND human beings I've ever known - and it's not just a "yes sir" "no sir" in a fake-polite way, they are genuine. Nick has an awesome sense of humor, even with my stupid dad-jokes I dropped a few times. The installation required bringing certain aspects up to code (drip pan, expansion tank, etc). Even in the cramped space of our utility room, Nick was able to dress in these modifications to make everything look like it has always been that way.

  Great service. The technician talked me thru each issue he discovered in his review and addressed my list of concerns. What he could fix immediately he did. He discussed the pros and cons of addressing two specific pain points that need attention and talked me thru the pros/cons and risks. He listened to me and will send me quotes. I bought the annual plan from my first booking a few months ago. Also great service and my problems were fixed in a hour. Today’s visit was free of charge under that very good plan. So much value for the cost. And great professionals each time. Highly recommend.

  Our technician Ty was the most professional, respectful, courteous friendly technician, that we have had here in a long time. He represented Parrish Plumbing in the most excellent fashion. He was courteous, very, very resourceful, very knowledgeable, and he knew exactly what he was doing. And he explained every detail in a manner that we could fully understand. We thank him for coming and servicing us. We would desire that he be the technician to come to our home again. He is most welcome and Parrish Plumbing service is represented well by this wonderful gentleman. Ty, thank you.!
