Eric was pleasant and thorough. He discovered the problem and although he’d did not have
The part needed to fix it he explained the issue clearly and told me he’d get the part and return next week to make the repair. That appointment has already been scheduled.

I've been a Parrish customer for 16 years. As with any company, quality of the service is dependent on the technician. Some are better than others. What has kept me a loyal customer over the years is the Owner Alan Givens and COO Linda Couch. Alan and Linda takes customer satisfaction seriously.
I just had my second HVAC installed after 16 years. Jose and Wilson were awesome. They even helped another appliance delivery guy that showed up while they were in my driveway. The install didn't go perfect, but at the end of the day I had a new system running much better than the last.

Alton was very knowledgeable and helpful. He put on shoe covers. He told me what I needed to know about my problem so I could address it. He checked my fuse box for any overheating to make sure there was no other problems.

I called for a pressure tank service. We purchased the new pressure tank ourselves, removed the old one, and installed virtually all of the fittings and most of the materials before the technician arrived. By the time he got there, the only thing left was to make the final connection.
Despite that, we were billed essentially as if the entire installation had been performed by your company. We supplied the pressure tank, nearly all of the fittings, most of the materials, and completed the majority of the labor ourselves. Being charged $1,625 for what ultimately amounted to about two hours of work is, in my opinion, simply not a fair reflection of the work that was actually performed.
When your company came out to diagnose the issue, I accepted the quoted price because my family had no water, and restoring service as quickly as possible was my priority. Given the circumstances, I felt I had no real option but to move forward.
I also want to acknowledge that your technician was professional, courteous, and did quality work. My concern is not with him—it is entirely with the way this job was priced.
As someone who owns a contracting company myself, I understand that skilled labor deserves to be paid fairly. However, I also believe customers should be billed fairly for the actual scope of work performed. This experience has left me feeling that I paid far more than the value of the service provided.
Unfortunately, because of that, I cannot see myself using your company again or recommending it to others. I hope you’ll take another look at this invoice and consider whether the final charge truly reflects the work that was completed.

Worst HVAC experience ever. The technician wasn’t even able to understand the difference between measuring air volume and temperature. The appointment was scheduled as we have limited flow in primary bedroom so we needed to ensure there wasn’t an obstruction or other issue. He kept telling me the temperature was fine. But that wasn’t what I was asking. I finally had to end the visit as he talked in circles and did absolutely nothing but use a temp probe on the vents. Then I’m told after the visit they don’t do anything with duct work by their so called ‘customer service’ - yet, that was the reason the appointment was scheduled and we could have saved everyone’s time if they said that upon scheduling. Additionally, the technician was horribly condescending (this needs its own separate review), and did not seem like a trained HVAC technician as he kept talking temperature when I kept asking about measuring air volume of the problem vent. His approach and tone were so awful that my MIL in a back room of the house, and who overhead it all, almost came out to jump in to help she was so angry.
The final straw was when I called customer service and she said they would see if they could pull the audio of the technician visit to understand what happened - what?! Sure it’ll confirm everything I said however, if you are coming in my house and not informing me we are being recorded you are breaking the law. When I tell her that she back pedaled and said ‘oh he probably isn’t one that records visits if he didn’t tell you’. There’s so much more to this awful visit but bottomline - avoid this company.
