  Nassim arrived when he said he would, was kind, respectful, helpful and professional. He took plenty of time to look at my water heater and gave 3 options. He also looked at my water pressure and patiently explained what was needed. Although he only was here to give me a quote, and I haven't made up my mind yet, I would definately recommend him. Great job - give this man a raise!

  We had Marine Service come out to replace our water heater that was old and leaky. The service technician (Nassim Sebaoui) was friendly and professional. He assessed the water heater issue quickly, provided us with multiple options that were reasonably priced, and he installed the new one quickly. He explained how everything worked and he cleaned up thoroughly and everything worked correctly. I will definitely recommend Nassim and Marine Service again.

  As a veteran I strive to support all veteran owned businesses which is why I am extremely grateful to have found the Marines Service Co. Their web page made it easy to fill out a form for service and response happened in under 10 mins. Additionally, I was able to score an appt the very same day. Ian called first, then texted that he was on his way. He was able to diagnose and suggest an easy fix for my leaky kitchen sink. And he gave me a few maintenance tips for future use. Call for your appt today, you wont regret it!! Gentlemen, my sincerest thank you!!

  I can't say enough great things about Marines Service Co. and the amazing work they did for our family with such short notice. They went above and beyond to get our gas lines fixed and ensure our water and gas lines were properly bonded after lightning caused extensive damage to our home and gas lines. A special shoutout to James Jordan for going out of his way to make sure everything was clearly communicated and completed in a timely manner. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping us informed throughout the entire process and getting the project completed even when dealing with multiple issues were greatly appreciated. He made sure we had the key people from his team assigned to this project. We also want to give a huge thank you to Mike Kriesten and John Lambert. They worked an incredibly long day and well into the night, then came back first thing the next morning to finish the installation of our new gas lines. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done meant more to our family than we can express. When you're dealing with something as important as your home's gas and water systems, having people who genuinely care about doing the job right makes all the difference. My family and I can't thank James, Mike, John, and the entire Marines Service Co. team enough. Exceptional service, communication, and dedication from start to finish.   I had an excellent experience with Marine Service Company and especially with their plumber, Sylvester. I called Tuesday morning explaining that my water heater had failed and my home was without hot water. Marine Service Company immediately understood the urgency of the situation and made it a priority to get someone out to me as quickly as possible. Despite Sylvester already having a full route for the day, they were able to fit me into his schedule and have him at my home that same afternoon—only about five hours after I initially called. I really appreciated that level of responsiveness and customer service. Sylvester was equally impressive once he arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He gave me useful information about the cause of the water heater failure, explained what he was seeing during his inspection, and walked me through the expected service life of the unit and why replacement was necessary. I had quite a few questions about the plumbing, the failure itself, and the water heater in general, and Sylvester was incredibly patient. He took the time to answer everything and made sure I understood what was going on rather than simply giving me a diagnosis and moving on to his next appointment. Between Marine Service Company's prompt response when I explained that we were without hot water and Sylvester's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to answer my questions, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend Marine Service Company and Sylvester to anyone needing plumbing service.
