  Marines Service Co did everything I expected and more. They were prompt, professional and did a fantastic job. I can't recommend them highly enough. The over communicated (Phone, text email) the times, and then showed up right when they said they would. Did the work and left it like they found it, but working!

  We have had Marine Service out a few times now to our home in Arlington (outside hose not working/clogged drains), and they have been nothing short of wonderful! Their response time is incredible — they’re always out within a day of us calling. Their techs are also the nicest, most respectful people and you can tell that they really enjoy their jobs. Our most recent technician was Ian Strickland, and he was amazing! He was super sweet with our two dogs and even had a treat in his pocket and shared with our Pitbull. Two days after he was here we received a post card in the mail (hand written) by Ian thanking us for our business, and even mentioned how sweet our pups were. This is above and beyond customer service and really goes a long way these days. We will continue to use Marine Services Co, and will pass the word as well. Thank you, Ian!!

  I've used this company for many years to just flush my hot water heater and sometimes working on sinks. Not anymore. Never had this technician but whomever they sent to me was very stressed upon arrival. I had him do other work, on a sink to remove something then he kept strongly pushing that he should not do it and then order the parts and then come back to then install things to "save me money". I didn't want that. He was so pushy I had to call my husband on phone to share what we wanted via speaker phone and ugh. then the cost of the work.. $171 to remove a drain that took him less than 15 minutes? I had to call back and let them know after our flush as I had very low water pressure! He came back shortly thereafter and then said "this is why flushing hot water heaters" because it pushes the junk back and then people have low water heaters---- as if to say to me there is really no need to flush our water heaters?!! Let's just say I cannot deal with a stressed technician who is pushy in sales. I will choose to go elsewhere in future.

  Marines Service Co. repaired my front door and installed a new storm door. The work was quick, professional, and very high quality. Courtney kept me informed through every step. Not only would I recommend Marines Services Co., I've already lined them up to install an attic ladder in my house.

  I cannot praise this company enough. Marines Service responded to a flood in my basement within two hours, connected me with a company they work closely with to clean up and dry out of the space and had a new water heater installed by mid afternoon. They coordinated a seamless response and took my stress level down to zero. Special thanks to Ian, Tom and the dispatch team who are true professionals with outstanding customer service.
