Thanks to Marines Service! The expert plumber Eric is so wonderful. He located accurately where the broken pipe is, and later broke the concrete, fixed the pipe problem. The receptionist is also great. She keeps to inform me the schedule, updated me who is on the way to do the task, and worker’s experience, specialties.

I had a leak and called Marine Services to identify the leak cause. Sylvester show up first thing in the morning and identified the water heater as the cause. He was able to replace my water heater and cleaned up the work area after he was done. During the replacement he was helpful in answering all my questions, and also took care of another problem for me right after the water heater replacement.

I called at 8:00 am with a dire emergency (to me). They listened while I explained my issue, was very empathetic and had me scheduled within minutes. The tech called before coming, was super supportive once he arrived, and told me he “sees this more than you’d think”, putting me at ease right away. He explained everything, quoted the cost and had my ring back to me within 10 minutes!

Recently had new dishwasher delivered by a big box store and they were supposed to install it but…… seems I needed to have the drain line and shutoff valve replaced due to code and leaks. I could wait 24-72 hours for their subcontract plumber or use my contract with Marine Services Co. who got me on their schedule the same day. Of course I chose same day and Michael Vincent, plumber extraordinaire, did an awesomely professional job and left me a very happy customer. These folks are keepers for sure. Having their electrician in to do other work soon!

My first experience with Marines Service Co. has been represented by an exceptional person lending a helping hand while no one was looking. I found myself locked outside of my car in the middle of the road. My car was running and my phone was of course left inside the locked vehicle. With no way to call someone, a random car pulled up behind me and a man came out offering to give it a look and try to unlock it. Nassim took makeshift piping and tools he had on hand to wait in the rain with me and helped unlock my car. He told me he's not a locksmith but he's gonna try to help. Nassim, thank you brother for stopping to help me and my dad. You did so out of the kindness of your heart and to help someone in need and I thank you and ensure I will pay it forward to the next person in need! Amazing job to all of the great people behind Marines Service Co.! Nassim is the man!
