  We had a wonderful experience with Stanley Martin Homes from start to finish! Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. We worked with Jessica, and she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. We were definitely the “annoying couple” who visited the model home almost every weekend with a million questions, and she was always so welcoming and patient with us! Jessica made such a huge life decision feel much less stressful. She was always there to guide us through each milestone and answer all of our questions along the way. We are so happy with our new build and would absolutely recommend the Stanley Martin team to anyone looking to build a new home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  Marybeth Rosato was my sales agent and she went above and beyond to ensure that I got the exact unit I neede. She was extraordinarily respectful of my requirements and didn't push me towards a unit she knew I would have no interest in. Marybeth was also exceptionally responsive to my messages (even after hours after 9pm!) and went above and beyond answering my questions. Thanks to Marybeth, I was able to find the perfect new home!
