  I called Express Tech Air and was given an appointment time between 5pm-8pm. My AC was not working in the heatwave. After confirming the appointment, I even called again to check at 6:45pm to confirm and was told not to worry, a tech would be coming by 8pm and the appointment was scheduled. After waiting 3 hours in my oven of a house, Express Tech Air was a full no show. When I called at 8pm, the new phone associate then said she could offer me 5am the next morning as an "emergency" appointment costing more. Really frustrating especially as they confirmed twice. Don't bother booking with this unreliable company. It's clear that they don't value customer's time or care about getting the job done. Hire someone else.

  Awesome service, Got a tune up appointment within a couple of days and can't say enough good about our tech, Daniel. Went above and beyond and got us ready for this hot stretch! Looks like we have a slight leak, but he got us recharged and were pushing out colder air now. Freon is expensive, so it just is what it is! We'll definitely be using them again!

  I needed emergency service on a Saturday morning for my AC unit. Nathan, the Express Tech Air technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get my system back up and running. He also thoroughly checked all the components of my system and provided me with baseline reports of how my system was performing. I could not have been happier with the overall experience with Express Tech Air and will definitely be using them in the future.

  Great company. Service tech, Daniel, was super knowledgeable, explained everything and was very thorough. He also gave tips on improving air flow in the house. Have been using Express Tech Air for maintaining our HVAC now for some years and they are one of the top companies in the area if not the top. I can always rely on them to give us honest, first rate service year round on their maintenance plan. Highly recommend Express Tech Air for any of your HVAC needs.
