  I recently purchased a new home and called Beacon Home Services for an estimate to install an attic fan. Our HVAC seemed unable to cool the upstairs efficiently. Dustin pointed out that the attic ducts were detached in multiple locations. This was a known issue for which I had previously hired someone to repair, so I was quite surprised to hear it was still an issue. Dustin was able to provide a quote and re-attach the ducts on the spot. He identified and repaired 4 areas of concern. He also provided the attic fan estimate, but I may not need it now as my upstairs is noticeably cooler a couple of hours later.

  Rebecca and Christian responded immediately to my request for an estimate appointment and then installed and new breaker panel and timer for our pool the same day as the estimate approval. In general, Beacon is a top professional electrician company that isn’t necessarily the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. One has to pay for a top quality company that not only responds and works efficiently and effectively, but also uses the latest tools, like iPads with the latest CRM software, to enable their technicians to create quotes and get approvals to move forward on the spot. I highly recommend this outfit, as all of their technicians (including Will and Nathan too ;) )are professional, courteous, and listen to all of the customer’s concerns and requests before moving forward with a solution that the customer will be satisfied with for long time. Thank you Beacon for being consistent and servicing our home in a timely and quality manner!!

  Nelson Mota did an outstanding job with the electrical work at my home. He replaced the electrical panel, installed the proper grounding and bonding system, added a dedicated circuit for the range, installed a whole-home surge protector, and addressed several other electrical safety and code items. What really stood out was the quality of his workmanship. The wiring inside the panel was extremely neat and well organized, everything was done properly and up to code, and he was very thorough and detail-oriented throughout the entire job. It was clear that Nelson takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I also want to thank Mary for helping coordinate and schedule everything. She was very helpful and made the process smooth and easy. I’m extremely happy with the result and would absolutely recommend Nelson and the Beacon Home Services team to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated electrical service..

  5+ stars for Beacon Home Services!! I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience. First, Mary was AMAZING. I had accidentally confirmed the wrong date, and she went above and beyond to help me find a time that worked. She absolutely did not have to take the extra time to call around, figure things out, and then get back to me, but she did. I really appreciated that level of customer service before anyone even came out! Today, I was scheduled for an electrical troubleshooting appointment and Dustin was our technician. I had an unknown electrical issue in my business space that had been causing me a LOT of stress. Dustin was incredibly knowledgeable and, for the first time, someone was actually able to clearly explain what the issue was and what needed to be done. Even better, he helped me figure out the best way to get everything taken care of quickly and in a way that worked for my business and budget. There was no pressure and no trying to sell me things I didn't need. He was patient, answered my million questions, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough about how much peace of mind that gave me. They also potentially saved me from a much more costly problem that could have seriously impacted my business. I would recommend Dustin and Beacon 100 times over. This is exactly the kind of company you want to find when you're running a small business and need people you can trust.   This review is very personal to me. While I was on vacation, my basement flooded, and we needed some basic baseboard heating removed. I called someone who was “highly recommended,” but unfortunately, the job was not done correctly. Even worse, I was left terrified and told that unless I spent $6,000 on additional work, my house could potentially burn down at any moment. Thankfully, my husband said, “This just doesn’t sound right,” so we called Beacon Light. Within an hour, they had a master electrician, Dustin, at our home. From the moment he arrived, Dustin restored my faith in people. He patiently walked me through everything. Even though it wasn’t a large job, he spent hours explaining our options. What meant the most to me was when he said, “I don’t want to sell you anything you can’t afford if you don’t need it.” That kind of honesty and compassion is rare. Dustin left, but when I had another question later, he called me back and reassured me that everything was fine and that we could take care of things a little at a time. Then he said something I’ll never forget: “Please remember that we at Beacon are always here—not just to sell you things or fix things, but we’re also here to talk things through with you.” Thank you, Dustin, for your kindness, patience, help, and honesty. You made a difference for me today—not just by doing your job, but by making me feel safe and cared for during a very stressful situation. I am incredibly grateful.
