  My biggest issue is that I asked if I had know how noisy my upstairs neighbors were I would not have bought this condo. I asked when we were touring the house I asked" how is the noise" , i was told that I would not here much. That the builder uses the best stuff. That is a lie. I here my upstairs neighbor all the time. I here them in the garage bc they have turned their garage into a gym. I can here the TV and boxing things they have in their garage. They go in and out their garage all hours at the night and I here that. They close their doors so hard that my halls shake. I dont blame them, they are leaving their life. This is worse than being in an apartment. I wish we had never bought this. I am so unhappy

  As a first-time homebuyer, the process was less overwhelming than I anticipated, thanks to the amazing team I worked with. Brian, my real estate manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every step, ensuring I understood all the details. When it came to the construction side of things, Liz, the construction manager, was equally fantastic, keeping me updated and ensuring everything was on track. While there were some stressful moments, having the right professionals by my side made all the difference. I’m thrilled with my new home and would highly recommend both Brian and Liz to anyone navigating the home-buying process!

  My husband passed away last year, and as anyone can imagine, it has been incredibly difficult. Currently I am renting, however my thoughts would often turn to my desire to own my own place again. My wish list is long, and I was not at all confident that I would find anything close to what I was hoping for in my price range. The "Julianne" has come very close to that perfect dream home at this stage in my life! Brian Lim was the salesman who was present that day my friend and I came to view this model. I immediately fell in love with it and after some preliminary questions with Brian I began to feel that this place was indeed a strong possibility being my next residence. Brian is very patient and very through in his explanations. My marriage was a very happy one, my husband took care of everything and so this venture into buying a condo on my own is a very scary one. Brian has taken away a lot of my fears in the way in which he has quickly responded either by text, email or phone call to any and all questions that my agent or I have. He has great eye contact, which is something that I have learned over the years to look for and to appreciate in people that I deal with. He is confident in his product which of course is Stanley Martin, and represents your company very well. You should be very proud of him, as you are in good hands with his salesmanship abilities. While I will always miss my husband every moment of every day, this is the first time that I am starting to look forward to my future for the first time. To know that I will be able to truly make this my home does make me look forward to this next chapter of my life. Thank you for hiring such a man as Brian Lim, and thank you for the excellent training that you obviously provide. Thank you and so looking forward to when I move in!
