  CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about this whole team, from the ladies who answered the phones to the technician who came out and worked with us (Ricky was his name, forgive me we didn't write down the name of the 2 ladies we spoke with on the phone when we called but they were on the ball as well). Over the last 13 months we went through 3 separate "certified generac technician" companies to the tune of almost $3,000 AND A VOIDED WARRANTY on our $25,000 generator to have it STILL be a non-functioning yard ornament. Time and time again we were given the runaround by these other companies... delays... ghosting ... parts they couldn't get... wrong parts ordered... more delays ... more ghosting. Every time we pulled the plug and moved to a new company we hoped this would be different and each time we were met with more disappointment in both them and the so-called "expert list" on Generac's website. Off of a recommendation from our Pest Control company of all people we called Never Dark - the lady instantly looked us up, told us they worked in our area, quoted a VERY fair price to have a technician come out and look it over. The guy showed up a day and a half later. He took a look at the system, confidently told us what was probably wrong, he got the part within a week, came back and hooked it up. On hookup he realized he needed one more bit for programming to fully connect it (most likely from all the tomfoolery that was done to it over the previous year!), and within 4 days he was back again and got it programmed and WE'RE UP AND RUNNING. He (rightfully) suggested after a year of sitting idle that they come back out and do a maintenance check-up on it which we're happy to do. If we'd reached out to NeverDark from the outset of the problems WITH THIS GENERAC GENERATOR THAT DIED BEFORE IT WAS 2 YEARS OLD BY THE WAY (shoutout to generac for a solid product I guess) we would have saved over a year of headaches, have almost $3,000 more in our pocket and a valid warranty on a critical piece of business infrastructure that costs more than some new cars. As it stands, we say better late than never to find a solid team like this. Don't fool around going elsewhere, go to folks who will get it done quick and the right way the first time and do what they say they're going to do. A big thank you to you and your team.

  Never Dark is a local company that only specializes in generators. Our technician Casey was very knowledgeable. We now know basic instructions for best practices for generator care as well as emergency procedures.I recommend this company to anyone who has generator needs.

  Staff was friendly, but when it came time to fix my generator, they "fixed" it. They never tested it to verify that it actually worked to power the house. * edit to respond to reply - generator was not tested after the initial "fix". As I mentioned in my original review.
