So good that I had them also replace my galvanized pipes from the street to my house for not too much more than some of the other places estimates for just the water heater. They are plumbers and not salesman. They didn’t try to get me to sign up for some membership. They are there to get the job done without trying to add all these extra things. Bradley and Chris were amazing in their customer service skills and their trade. They keep me updated throughout and made sure all my questions were answered. The skill they have shows in the work they did for me. Sullivan will be the only ones I have do any plumbing for me from now one.

They quickly removed the large tub surround and replaced it with a beautiful new tub surround. It turned out so well, we had them replace a second tub in another bath.
