  I can't recommend Air Nerds enough! They came out on extremely short notice to diagnose an HVAC system at one of our lake house vacation rentals during some of the hottest days of the year. Their responsiveness alone was impressive, but what really stood out was the exceptional service we received. James and Will were outstanding! There were professional, articulate, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. In property management, having contractors you can trust is invaluable. They took the time to thoroughly explain what they found, answered every question, and never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. Their transparency and integrity gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions for both our client and our guests.   I requested a quote on 2 commercial 5 ton systems. James was there the next day to meet with me. Both the units were down and we had decided to replace them. He gave us a great quote. I texted him Sunday that it was approved and he and his Team were there Monday morning at 8:00. They replaced both units and the 2 air handlers in 2 days. The 2 handlers were in our attic. The 2 hottest days so far this year! Great personable people and a great owner. I can’t say enough about their service. I have decided to use them for my residence also. Thank you Air Nerds

  Posting this on 7/1/26 in Mineral VA where the temp topped at close to 100 with the next 3 days projected to be over a 100. Suffice it to say, it is a dangerous time not to have A/C. Started with my Home Warranty company who sent me a tech 2 days after my request. This person was incompetent and did not seem to want to help. Said the system is frozen and left after 8 minutes of being here. "Frozen" item thawed out completely after 20 minutes of him leaving. Decided not to go with Warranty company and called James. Very pleasant and had Brian and Cody at my house in the next hour. Brian and Cody fixed my issue which was related to outdoor unit (not checked by Warranty tech at all in his 8 minutes) and my AC was working in less than hour. If you want fast, reliable, and professional service, call Air Nerds!

  Had Air Nerds come to my restaurant and checked my system. They were knowledgeable about the unit i had and quickly found the issues and fixed them. I appreciated the quick response on such a hot day. The The next day,I did have a small issue with one of the units and called, unfortunately the person I spoke with had a hard time understanding me but I was able to correct the issue. All in all Air nerds is a fine company and I would use them again.

  They explain things in depth and I feel can be trusted with the work. Owner takes accountability. You do have to stay on top of scheduling because they’re a smaller company that’s growing so you gotta call and follow up. Service tech Allen is a very kind young man that takes his time diagnosing an issue and isn’t scared to call in help to figure it out which I appreciate cause it’s impossible to know everything all the time. I regret not going with these guys for the install of my systems cause they were $7k more than the other company but I’m sure the quality of work would’ve been worth it. This is a company I want to keep a relationship with for a long time coming. Keep up the good work.
