  Very long story here; suffice to say Air Nerds canceled the appointment I had made with them for a second opinion on a broken AC unit we had. Their primary reasoning was that there would be "too many cooks in the kitchen," and not worth their time (we were getting quotes from Kelleher and Air Nerds after receiving a quote from Furr that was ridiculously overpriced and not worth considering). Their communication was contradictory and confusing, and their tone was defensive when I addressed my frustration for the way they handled the situation. I had seen a lot of glowing reviews on Google, but didn't look at any one-stars. My mistake--I see now that this is a theme.

  I don’t typically post feedback for companies, however, Air Nerds was absolutely AMAZING and I feel they deserve a shoutout! From start to finish they were very professional and knowledgeable. James, the owner, was very kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. During the installation process they walked us through what they were doing and explained what they were doing. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!!

  Thank you Air Nerds for coming to our rescue! Had another company come out at the beginning of the summer and they did a horrible job with our maintenance. Turns out they never serviced one of our units. Two months later that units drain line clogs and shuts the AC off in the middle of the day. Brian T was great, very professional, and super knowledgeable. He came out, found the problem and had us up and running quickly. No pricing gimmicks or up sells, just straight forward solutions. Their pricing is a bit higher than other companies in the area but their quick response, knowledge, and customer first approach to service outweighs cost in my book. Would recommend and will be utilizing them for all future HVAC needs. This is a local family owned business. Support local = quality work

  I highly recommend Air Nerds for any HVAC service or repairs. They were incredibly responsive and came out quickly when our AC stopped working. Brian took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the repair process in a way that was easy to understand, and he answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Honest, knowledgeable, and reliable—I wouldn’t hesitate to them again or recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  HVAC stopped working and humidity was over 70% inside. Called and was able to speak with a real person who told me they would be able to make it out there that day in 5ish hours. They called back about 20 minutes later and was able to push that up to coming out in an hour. Technician Allen was kind, understanding, and clearly explained everything that he was doing. He asked before doing anything and, once the issue was diagnosed, gave me multiple options with varying prices. He was never pushy and made sure I understood the pros and cons of each option. I would 100% recommend and will more than likely get setup to do yearly maintenance with them.
