  We had a fantastic experience with Arian and the Carpet Express team replacing the carpet on the stairs in our three-story townhouse. From the initial visit to the showroom, to the in-home consultation, to the installation itself, the service and customer care were excellent every step of the way. Their pricing was competitive, and we are extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of our new carpet. What really stood out was their flexibility and professionalism. They even reworked their installation schedule to accommodate the specific date we needed. On installation day, the crew arrived early, worked efficiently, completed the entire job in about three hours, and cleaned up afterward. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Carpet Express to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding customer service.

  We have used Hardwood and Carpet Express for three separate hardwood flooring and carpeting projects over the years and have been extremely happy every time. Arian has always been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Communication and scheduling have always been clear, professional, and reliable. And pricing has always been competitive compared to others in the area. The quality of the work has been outstanding for all our projects. The hardwood floors look beautiful and have maintained their appearance very well over the years. Every time the workers show up on schedule and complete the job quickly and efficiently We highly recommend them and will absolutely continue using them for all our future flooring projects.

  Absolutely amazing company to work with. Arian was patient, detailed and knew what we needed before we needed to ask. We had laminate on our main level and carpeting on our upper level done. He made sure we had better quality everything from ehat we originally had and we are incredibly grateful for it. The teams worked quickly and efficiently. Carpeting only took one day and the laminate a day and a half. The teams made sure to clean up all remnants of anything that lingered and they even vacuumed. I appreciate the teams and Arian for their hard work and commitment to ensuring we were happy with everything.

  My wife and I have been impressed with the service and products Hardwood & Carpet Express, This is our second time dealing with them and the service has been excellent . They showed up as scheduled and completed the job as promised. The installation was well done and they cleaned up and left no mess. They went so far as to put all the furniture back in place . We will use them again when the need arises. We would highly recommend them. . P.S we also referred them to a family member who had them to install flooring.
