Mattress & Carpet Express from start to finish did an excellent job. Ari was able to match my existing floor. The installers Robin and Arlodo did an excellent job installing the flooring. I am glad I listened to a friend who told me to go check this business out. I will never go anywhere else for flooring.

We had an exceptional experience with Hardwood and Carpet Express on a major hardwood flooring project throughout our home. From the very beginning to the final completion, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Bruce, the owner, deserves special recognition. He was extremely clear and precise about every step of the project. He explained what would be done, how it would be done, and what we should expect along the way. Our negotiations were straightforward and very fair, and I always felt that Bruce was dealing with us honestly. Throughout the project, he stayed personally on top of the details, progress, and important milestones. He was responsive, respectful, and genuinely committed to making sure the job was done right. His crew was equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and were consistently courteous and respectful of our home. This was a substantial project that required moving a considerable amount of furniture. The crew carefully removed and relocated the furniture as the work progressed and put everything back afterward. They handled the entire process professionally and made a complicated project much easier for our family. Most importantly, the quality of the hardwood installation and finishing is excellent. The attention to detail throughout the floors, stairs, transitions, and finishing work is evident, and the finished product has completely transformed our home. For a project of this size, you want a company that combines quality craftsmanship with reliability, fairness, communication, and accountability. Bruce and Hardwood and Carpet Express delivered on all of those things. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering hardwood flooring. We are extremely pleased with both the experience and the finished result. Five stars and very well deserved. - Ahmed

Arian came out for the estimate and brought carpet samples. He was very accommodating with my work schedule and very enjoyable to work with. The installation crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day, even though it was originally expected to take 1–2 days. Very happy with the service, and the carpet looks great! Highly recommend!
