  Bruce and Arian were absolutely a breath of fresh air to work with. Zero nonsense, honest, empathetic to our specific issues, and did not attempt to bully us into superfluous extras while giving us suggestions for potential future projects. Bruce was my main point of contact and kept me fully informed and updated on the process. We were an especially complicated case due to us living in CA and trying to coordinate projects and extensive repairs from a distance. We wanted the work to be done before we moved back in and had a bit of a time crunch. Our previous tenants utterly destroyed our carpeted floors and some of the hardwood with cigarettes and drugs (melted carpet, resin stains, and burned wood from hot ashes). They also allowed their pet to soil many areas without ever cleaning it. It was a total loss. Bruce offered a multitude of options, budgets, and advice. We ultimately decided to replace all carpeted areas with hardwood since it would add value to the home, but would also be easier to clean, repair, and looks so gorgeous. They surprised me with the efficiency and speed. I walked into a much more beautiful home than we left it, and we are so very grateful. Thank you to the entire team for helping us transform our home that we love so dearly. *They also provided us with referrals to other contractors that were top notch. We were able to paint and complete all of our electrical issues equally as efficiently.

  had carpet and LVP installed in a home we are remodeling. loved working with Arian - he helped us choose the color of our flooring while providing honest opinions. he was also able to fit us into his schedule for the installations as we were working with a tight timeline. the installation crew worked quickly and efficiently. very happy with the results! this business came recommended to us by a family member and I will continue to recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Arian, our salesman, and Robin, the main installer, along with their team, were amazing. They were very punctual, quick, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Their pricing was fair and competitive for the local market. Overall, we are very happy and would definitely recommend them.

  Everything about Hardwood and Carpet Express is OUTSTANDING!!! From first speaking with Arian, who is so responsive, an excellent communicator, very detailed oriented and knowledgeable, extremely kind and really cares about his clients to the excellent team installing my LVP flooring (replaced the carpets in my new home) who did a fantastic job, it was obvious that I'd made the right decision in selecting them to complete my flooring project!!! They were very efficient and got the entire job done in less than a full day. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. Honestly, if you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable and courteous business to install any of your flooring or Carpet needs, I really don't think you'll find anyone better than Arian and his crew!!!
