  Frustrated with the Bryant Evolution Extreme variable speed heat pump product quality, and feel sorry for Brian and his team having to deal with poor quality coils that I have had to replace twice in 3 years. I now have a $2200 labor bill, plus a $280 service call charge on a 3 year old "premium" system, that is "covered by warranty". Every year there is some performance issue or part that fails and I would not recommend the Bryant Evolution Extreme product to anyone. I know most of the team (Casey is great by the way) at Commonwealth on a first name basis and while I love the team the product they sell doesn't align with the quality of the team that attempts to support the product. I thought it was just a first year "working the bugs out", I suspect Bryant will see another class action lawsuit like happened on their defective polypropylene-laminated secondary heat exchangers back in 2008. Frustrating after spending $24K a 2 ton and 3 ton "premium" heat pump. I talked with another company that told me poor install can cause the coils to fail, but I find that hard to believe, because Brian seems to really know his craft. Frustrated in Centreville.

  If I could give 6 stars I would. I'm so glad I found this family-owned business! Morgan and Angel did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and exceeded all of my expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service truly stood out. We will definitely be using their services again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC installation, repairs, or maintenance!
