  It was a pleasure working with the team at Commonwealth, especially since I was helping, from out of state, my elderly parents replace their aging HVAC system; so all communication had to happen through email and phone. From the very first inquiry, Casey, Brian, and Mandy were incredibly prompt, courteous, and professionally responsive. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they made a point of keeping both me and my parents fully informed at every step. What could have been a complicated, stressful process was made completely seamless thanks to Commonwealth’s outstanding customer service. Casey and Mandy coordinated everything thoughtfully, respected my parents’ schedule and comfort, and handled all the details with professionalism and care. The replacement itself went smoothly, and all necessary county inspection completed and passed the next day.   I have been doing business with Commonwealth Heating and Cooling for a number of years and continue doing so because the technicians answer my questions thoroughly and provide sound advice on caring for my HVAC equipment. In addition they are consistently punctual which means my busy schedule is not disrupted and I appreciate that very much. I highly recommend Commonwealth.

  I have used a number of different companies and there is no doubt whatsoever that Commonwealth is absolutly the best. I had to replace my heat pump and A/C - was squeezed in to accomodate a function and the entire process was seamless. The technicians were wonderful and took extra care to take care of my hardwood floors. FANTASTIC!!!!
