  I can’t express how happy we’re finally past this. Paul and his team were extremely efficient and highly effective in resolving this major ground leak for us. He kept us abreast of all information as it pertained to the project. Can’t recommend him and his team enough.

  Mike was such a hoot !!! I told him everything that I had issues with, he gave me his professional advice and we moved along with the service. Everything was straightforward (which I love) and paying was a breeze, the pricing was fair. 10/10 found a customer for life!

  We highly recommend Priority Plumbing. When I called about an outside water line leak issue, Paul responded quickly and clearly explained the options to fix the situation and the cost was lower than other local plumbing companies. He had the crew out a few days later and they were fantastic. They had the trenches dug out, new water line installed, the inside pipes replaced, the county inspection complete, and everything back in place in less than 48 hours. The county inspector even commented that the new interior pipes were top notch. We were really impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, fair pricing, and quality of work. We will definitely use them going forward.

  Very happy with my experience with Priority 1. My job was a non-emergency replacement of a water heater for my house, so I had plenty of time to shop it around. Priority 1's pricing was very competitive and their labor/parts warranty was unmatched by anyone else that quoted my job. Scheduling was easy and convenient. My tech (Matt Groves) showed up on time, very professional and respectful. Called in for reinforcements when he identified my heater was in a tight spot. He wanted to make sure the job would be done safely and correctly. Didn't start working till he knew the extra help was available.. rather than start, find an issue later and then leave me stuck with an unfinished job. That, to me, shows experience and professionalism.. both signs of a great company! Overall, would highly recommend and work with Priority 1 again!
