  My floors look awesome. Got LVP installed and hardware refinished and stained and looks like a new home. They took care of all of minor things that I wanted addressed afterwards with no issues. Thank you

  These guys are FANTASTIC! They have done tile, carpeting, hardwood and LVP installation for us over the years. Workmanship is top notch, unmatched customer service and patience, and super competitive pricing! Highly recommend!!

  What a great company to work with! We had damage on some floors- Elio and Bob were quick and efficient in coming out, quoting, and coordinating our install! Absolutely fantastic on follow-up and making sure we were 100% satisfied with the work done. We will always call upon floor advisor for any of our business flooring needs!

  I had an overall positive experience working with Floor Advisor during the selection and installation process. The team was responsive, professional, and helpful in guiding me through my flooring options, and the installation itself was completed in a timely manner. After moving furniture back into place, however, I’ve had some concerns regarding the quality of the actual flooring. A few planks have already chipped from normal furniture movement, there are small gaps between some of the boards, and many planks appear to have noticeable color inconsistencies. When these concerns were raised, I was advised by the staff that the color variation was due to lighting in my home; however, the differences remain noticeable under various lighting conditions and have also been observed by other flooring professionals and design consultants. I’m hopeful these concerns can be addressed during the warranty period as I do believe Floor Advisor aims to provide good service. With improved quality control or resolution of these issues, this could have been a 5-star experience.
