  Nicholas was so great to work with. I was having other work done on my home and he accommodated me. Joey and Nick did a fabulous job washing my home, deck and side porch. All were very professional. I would highly recommend this business. M Jolley

  The whole process from the first contact to the completion was smooth. The house shines and the brick looks like brick again. Everybody I interacted with was professional and pleasant. I am as pleased as one could possibly be. Thank you all.

  Probably the worst service for gutter cleaning and powerwashing. During gutter cleaning they left debris all over the house when they were complete. I have never had this happen before with my gutters when they are cleaned and I then had to spend the next hour cleaning off my fabric patio furniture, deck and driveway. Mind you this is after I had to ask them to clean out a gutter twice because there was still a ton of debris left it in and I could see if from my second story. The house is still filthy after the powerwashing and the owner said it was because of the weeping, however we have never had this issue before. The house 36 hours later still smells like we have a poured bleach everywhere and every single window has a film on it. I honestly don't think they diluted the mixture and didn't rinse the house. When I brought this up to the owner and asked for a discount on invoice he ignored my question. I am now having my house powerwashed again because it looks horrible and having another company come back out for the gutters. Please do not use this company, anybody else has to be better.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zach and Caitlin were great to work with! They did an amazing job power washing our deck, front porch, and sidewalk. Everything looks so much cleaner and brighter now. The before and after pictures really show the difference. They were professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail. Highly recommend Central VA Power Washing!

  UPDATE: The company worked with us to resolve the issues mentioned below. They returned to replace the rotted wood (at our cost), and they paid to replace the damaged screens and do a final touch-up on the paint. We are satisfied with the final resolution. My advice for older decks: have a decking specialist check for rot before hiring painters. Don’t assume the person doing the estimate will catch structural issues, or that the painter will flag damaged wood rather than just painting over it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: During our walk-thru and quote, the number of wooden pieces that were rotted on our deck was not mentioned. When checking on the painter’s progress, we noticed a number of rotted areas that were just being painted over rather than pointed out to us. We had to call and request the pieces be replaced and not by the painter, which is what was first suggested. After the job was done, we noticed additional pieces of wood that was rotted only because the paint has already peeled off. In addition, the painter got paint on our screen and tried to remove it, but ripped the screen and didn’t tell us.
