  The entire process was absolutely the best experience!!!! The entire team (Gary, Jhovvoni, and the crew) was so professional as they were punctual daily, friendly, and worked consistently until the job was completed. Our flooring is beautiful!!! My husband and I are very pleased with the job done. We will definitely utilize Costen Flooring for future projects.

  Folks; this is called consistency... 4 years ago my new wife and I had our water heater break and slowly leak under our tile floor. Unnoticed until it was discovered and insurance had to be pulled in; Costen helped us. They helped us in making the decision to get rid of what tiles were damaged, patch and repair the holes that were left and also helped save us money by beautifully installing LVT over the existing tile. That decision saved us $15,000, a storage unit for all of our first floor belongings AND my family being displaced to some random hotel insurance gives us while we take the time to rip up tile and get new...no thank you. Even with insurance paying them we got the family treatment. Our sales rep even met us after store hours to sit with us because my job goes a little late! Fast forward to today...after 4 years we come far enough to have been blessed by being able to get a full kitchen remodel! Of course our first thought was could we get the same flooring after 4 years??? YES!! As a matter of fact you can! (and the peasants rejoice) Thanks to my Magic 8 ball telling me that all of their sources pointed to yes, I called in more cheerfully hopeful that anything else. Saundra answered pleasantly, which was weird because it was close to the end of the day; 8 ball still in other hand I told my story. She listend and tried her hardest to use all the info I had to find our 4 year ago flooring. I knew it would be hard and honestly was expecting them to have to dig. After a quick hold I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman, Baton. He too sounded bright and cheery!? Either they have sincerely decent coffee in the breakroom or the one of the 8 balls "sources" is a baresta. Either way, he jumped right in with a deeper dive. Ended up, my guy Baton got my number and said he would be in touch tonight with his findings. No joke, this dude, texts no more than 2 minutes later with picture of the same exact flooring we need for our remodel!!! And, bro even includes the original invoice WITH a shot of the model name and number!!! You know; it's hard being a home owner, and part of that pain is that you HAVE to put your trust and hard earned money in the hands of a company who may or may not care. It sucks being vulnerable like that when our entire projects design depends on the availability of this flooring. Its amazing that Costen cares AND STILL cares!! We had a lot riding on Costen and were blessed with working with a caring company and two individuals who earned SO much personal respect from us today! BIG shout out to Baton who made our text chain feel more like texting a buddy.👊

  Costen has a great selection, everyone was very nice and friendly. Couldn’t have had a better team than Gary Hand in the showroom and Sammy installing!!! Definitely recommend Costen.

  Great customer service! Lots of choices for flooring and great installation. I could not be happier they were fast, thorough and were very good at paying attention to detail.

  I reached out looking for a tile purchase and carpet installation service. They contacted me and said they'd sell me the tile and would refer me to their installation contractor. Then told me they had to run to a customer meeting. And I never heard back. Don't call me if you're going to be rushed for another appointment. Wait until you have time for me. Don't tell me you're going to do something and never follow through. This was my first interaction with Costen. It'll be my last too.
