- MYM Yencha3 days ago5.0A home improvement project can be a daunting experience. When my fiance and I walked into the Costen showroom searching for flooring options, it was initially overwhelming. Then Gary Hand introduced himself and, through his knowledge and guidance, our LVT flooring installation project became a success. The punctual and courteous installation team, comprised of Jhovanny and Christian, delivered skilled workmanship. We are very pleased with the quality work and great service we received.
- MMMark Maddon4 days ago5.0Costen Floors just got done installing my new hardwood floors and they look fantastic! It took a week for my wife and I to finally decide on a Canadian Maple. We went to their showroom 3 times and Chad was extremely patient and professional. He even met with us on a Saturday and his day off. The installation went perfectly, the crew was top notch, Chad and Henry stopped by during installation to make sure no hiccups. I couldn't be more happy with our choice! We will definitely be back for vinyl in our basement next year!
- JBJeffrey BryantSep 3, 20265.0We originally used Costen Floors for our hardwood flooring and carpet when we built our home over 20 years ago. Later we used them again to replace the carpet. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Recently we had water damage from our dishwasher and needed to replace our hardwood flooring. Again, we choose Costen. They worked between us and our insurance company seamlessly to solve our issues. Our salesperson Matt Turner pulled it all together and made the process unbelievably easy for us. Eddie and his team came in and performed the install professionally and with extreme precision. We were in amazed watching them work. We just can’t explain how pleased we are with our new flooring. Attached are a few photos. Thank you Costen!

Matt is very responsive and stays on top of the project and the install teams are kind, do beautiful work and are so clean. Highly recommend the Costen team !
