They contacted me and said they'd sell me the tile and would refer me to their installation contractor. Then told me they had to run to a customer meeting. And I never heard back. Don't call me if you're going to be rushed for another appointment. Wait until you have time for me. Don't tell me you're going to do something and never follow through. This was my first interaction with Costen. It'll be my last too.
