  Excellent service from Andrew who repaired our downstairs AC system on a 90 degree day! We've been PHA customers for over 25 years with a maintenance agreement on our 9 year old Trane system. This was the first problem we've had. Andrew diagnosed the weak voltage issue and quickly got us up and running again. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

  PHA came out last week for our semi-annual system checkup. The technician Carlos was very courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing to ensure our system was working properly. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased and impressed with how efficiently he worked. Highly recommend PHA, and will request Carlos for our next checkup.

  Recently my AC unit stopped running a week after annual check up. I called PHA and they had technician out to me same day. Minor glitch fixed immediately at no charge. I have been a PHA customer for about 10 years in my present and previous house. Superb company that does excellent reliable work (to include replacing one of my AC units at previous house) and always provides excellent customer service. Highly recommended for all HVAC services.   We needed to replace the water heater that is located in an exceptionally tight space in the attic and which had no emergency drain. Brent and Hunter were awesome. They were personable as well as proficient and their work looks great. They even vacuumed the area. PHA is definitely my go-to company for all my future needs and highly recommend.
