We have had ongoing issues with our HVAC for a couple of years that have been difficult to pinpoint. Matt was very meticulous and thorough in figuring out the problems and also very detailed in explaining them to us. It seems Matt finally figured out the issue and the air is blowing colder than it has since we’ve owned the house. As someone who works from home, I also appreciate how quiet Matt is when he’s working and how courteous he is. On the most recent visit, Matt was accompanied by Eli who was also very professional and helpful. We will continue to use PHA for our HVAC needs.
