  We haven't gotten the plumbing work yet, but our experience lining up the job (replacing 40-year-old plastic Quest pipes) has been totally seamless and positive so far. Jason, the technician who visited the property, really seems to know what he's doing and had great suggestions for making future work easier (by installing a manifold and access points) and reducing disruption to our renters (by reconnecting the water at the end of every day and patching in drywall so it's covered until we can get the drywall finishing work done). Whatever behind the scenes features this company is using to keep track of communication and scheduling is working - it's been remarkably easy to get the job lined up. Meanwhile, out of the other 3 plumbers we called, we never heard back from 2, and the other one gave us a higher estimate, so if all goes well, Fixed HVAC and Plumbing will be first on our list next time! Hopefully I'll get a chance to post an update after the work is completed.

  I had a tankless water heater service that I had performed. Hunter did a great job and communicated exactly what he was doing. He was friendly and I would highly recommend. Thank you!

  Within 24hrs of calling for service on my Rinnai tankless water Heater, Hunter fixed the problem. Communication and responsiveness was spot on. We will definitely use their service again.
