  Dave was in direct sun, 100-degrees but stayed working until the hose bib was replaced and we could turn on our water again. Its was difficult job because he could not access the plumbing inside the condo as the pipe team behind the kitchen cabinets. So he cut out the siding and sheathing to access and then replaced the sheathing and siding. Came out same day I called.

  I had an emergency leak after hours and Michael and Son responded within an hour of my call. The plumber John Hrusovsky was outstanding. He was courteous, deliberate and professional. The problem was not an easy fix and John stuck with it. He got a workout going up and down 3 flights of stairs at least 10 times. When completed he went the extra mile and vacuumed a carpet that had gotten soaked and he cleaned up the work areas before he left. I would highly recommend John and this company.

  Jason answered the call. He was a professional plumber. He diagnosed the problem. Completed an estimate, gave a choice of 3 water heater estimates. He took time to explain the replacement and install for full completion. He was educational about the product. The water heater sends installation tomorrow. Jason is given 5 stars

  Lukasz was prompt, informative and polite. He did everything I asked, per home inspection, to sell my home. HOWEVER the work he did was not on the invoice. I paid the dispatch fee for the items I mentioned to him. Three items I asked to be fixed and he did fix them, but the work not listed on invoice. It was not noticed until I received it in my email. I called M&S two times about this and was told both times it would be taken care of in 48 hours. Well, it’s going on a week. THIS IS NOT LUKASZ FAULT. I’m upset with M&S. I’ve been a member for a very long time, paying monthly. I deserve what I asked for please. Itemized invoice.

  Electrician (Troy) simply came to our home to provide me with a quote on some electrical work I wanted to have done. During the process I showed him the location of the electrical panel. When I touched the door to open, it was very hot. For my safety he asked permission to troubleshoot. One of the breakers was so hot that it started melting, of which he replaced. If not for his being there at just the right moment, an electrical fire was inevitable. Thank you, Troy for being timely, and your excellent customer service, and kindness. - The Johnson family.
