    I called Michael and sons because on a 95° day our air-conditioning unit stopped working. They had an HVAC technician come out within 30 minutes. That was amazing and then the technician they sent us was Chad and he was awesome. He knew exactly what to do got it done immediately and had our air-conditioning up and running again. I will call and request Chad every time I need their services. Awesome company and a very smart and awesome employee with top notch customer service skills.

    Thanks Michael and Son Services for extraordinary customer service and the best plumbing technicians in Hampton Roads. Daniel is excellent plumber and provided wonderful customer service care. Daniel corrected plumbing issue with great expertise and skills. He is so professional in explaining the issue and the fix. I was so pleased with Daniel personally contacting me to explain the issues and the correction. I'm so thankful for the excellent customer service. The call center contact Sherry was excellent and very detail. Daniel and Michael and Son will be our forever maintenance contacts for all the services they provide.     Aaron performed inspection of the items I had questions about. He is knowledgeable and thorough and determined that the issues he checked were not an immediate problem. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. Michael and Sons were responsive to my plumbing needs and look forward to my scheduled HVAC tune-up and inspection. I highly recommend their business.

    Troy Claussen and Raul Vargas provided excellent service when installing our new heat pump. They were professional, communicated promptly whenever they were in transit, and took great care in protecting our environment and home. They thoroughly explained every detail of what they were doing. They were extremely courteous. Thank you!

    We hired Bryce from Michael & Son Services to help with our home renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He assisted with relocating our kitchen sink during the renovation and also handled the bathroom plumbing, including the shower/tub rough-in, vanity installation, and washer/dryer setup. Our home was built in 1942, and Bryce helped convert the plumbing to PEX piping. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly a gentleman to work with. He is clearly an expert in the plumbing field, and his workmanship showed in every part of the job. If we need any plumbing work in the future, Bryce will absolutely be the first person we call. Highly recommend!
