Troy was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He walked me through the entire inspection and showed me everything he was seeing and during the install made sure I was regularly updated with the progress. Thank you Troy!

Lance did an OUTSTANDING job for us. He arrived roughly an hour after we placed a service call and was in and out in 30 minutes. Could not be happier. So happy that we signed up for their maintenance plan and they will be taking care of our HVAC from here on out.

Kendrick came to fix a leaky shower and got the job done well. He fixed the issue and explained everything along the way, including what it would take to fully replace the fixture if I decide to go that route down the road. He was polite and professional and made sure I understood everything he was doing before he made any repairs.

I have had multiple experiences with Michael & Son’s over the last year and the service from start to finish each time has been a breath of fresh air compared to any other company. They respond quickly, no matter the need, the customer service is outstanding and, the pricing is fair, and most importantly every technician has been knowledgeable with the communication skills to help you understand the system and processes involved. I can’t recommend them enough. They have proven their quality enough that I have signed up for the membership. I will never use another electrician, plumber, or HVAC technician ever again as long as I’m in this area.

If i could give less than 1 star I would! The person they sent out had no idea what he was doing. He replaced a fuse, said it's all fixed and drove away without even seeing if my AC ran or not. I did not run. They sent the same guy back. His next opinion was the control board needed replacing. Told me they would be back the next day to replace it. They never showed up. After many phone calls and being ignored, I was told they will be back in 2 more says. You guessed well if you said they did not show up then. After many phone calls I was told the control board was on back order and had no idea when one would be avaliable. Being tired of being lied to and ignored I called Comfort Technology. They sent a man out, in 10 minute my AC was back up and running. No new $700 control board. Only the cost of the service call. NEVER call Michael and Sons. They dont care about you. They don't call back and they only want to sell you the most expensive parts they can Weather you need it of not.
