  Josh Webb came to clean our septic tank and he was very professional and respectful. To most contractors speaking to a woman they treat them different but my wife was so thankful and appreciative of the knowledge you gave her. Josh explained everything and answered all questions that my wife had. Thank you again Millers services and to you Josh for treating my wife with respect.

  Hello.Miller’s service team did a fantastic job on our septic system they were professional and very knowledgeable and explained the process and did not put any pressure on us just recommended the repairs we needed to keep our septic system working properly for the future.would recommend Miller’s service team to my family and friends and strangers.Thank you 😇

  This is probably the 3rd or 4th time you have come to do the 5 yearly septic tank pumping and inspection. Your office staff is so pleasant. Your technicians tend to have a great sense of humor, but are also very professional in how they treat me. There is nothing I can suggest to improve your service.

  Chris Cauthorne was an absolute delight to work with. He did his job exceptionally well and explained everything I needed to know before he started, then walked me through each step while he was working. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I had all the information I needed before leaving. I only have the one picture because he did work under my house. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about his career — I honestly don’t think there was a single question I asked that he couldn’t answer. His work ethic and professionalism truly show how experienced and dedicated he is. This is exactly why I love coming back to Miller’s. The people they hire are genuinely good human beings who truly care about their customers. Chris is a perfect example of that. Give that man a raise!

  The quality of their initial work is good but expensive. I had a significant issue with their Total Care Club Membership inspections for recommending unnecessary repairs. After multiple discussions, they did allow me to cancel my membership without penalty due to my loss of confidence in the credibility of their inspection services. (See Details below) Based upon the company's willingness to release me from their Total Care Contract, and assuming that the identified inspection deficiencies could have been honestly misidentified, I have raised my evaluation to 3 stars. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Initially Miller’s Services replaced a non-fused disconnect electrical box in my crawl space. The quality of their work was good, but very expensive. ($568 for a $25 part and less than two hours of labor.) I joined their “Total Care Club Membership” which provided me with a 10% discount and periodic inspections of my HVAC, plumbing and Electrical systems at an additional cost of $25/mo for one year. My initial plumbing inspection strongly recommended totally replacing all of the copper water piping under the house due to corrosion along with all water shut off valves under the sinks costing a total of $11,500. All of these repair recommendations were unnecessary. Upon complaining to the company about the unnecessary plumbing repair recommendations, they initially threatened to hold me to the yearly Total Care contract fee, however they did ultimately allow me to cancel my membership due to my loss of confidence in the credibility of their inspection services.
