  Jeremy came out for our septic pump out. Super professional and took the time to educate me on the 'it's and out's' of our system. He made a few recommendations for improvements to consider in the future. Great experience all the way around! (Miller's should consider giving their techs a $5-10 bonus for every positive review!)

  Josh Blanchard was so pleasant and kind. He was knowledgeable to diagnose my unit, explained the problem so I could understand, fixed the problem, and all services were affordable. He even noticed a non related potential problem of wasp in my outside outlet and fixed that problem as well. Saving an old lady like me from getting injured. Exemplary tech and personal skills!!! Thank you Mr Blanchard

  We had our septic tank pumped out and let me tell you that Josh Webb is the best he did everything he could to save the top on tank and he did I recommend Josh Webb to everyone who needs this service he was nice friendly explained everything before he did it he went above and beyond for us we will only have Josh Webb come to our house it was hot out we gave him plenty of water to help keep him cool Mr Clyde Davis this man Josh Webb needs a huge raise he is definitely one of your best employees and FOLLOWS directions keep him and if anybody needs their septic pumped ask for Josh Webb to do it

  Had our houses plumbing inspected today and Rusty did a fabulous job. He was friendly and thorough throughout the whole process. To start he let us know when he was around 30 minutes out, said hi to our two cats when he arrived, and did a great job in figuring out what was causing the rattling noise that we would occasionally hear when we used the water in the bathroom. He also identified what was causing our bathroom sink to leak and helped us understand in order of priority what should be fixed first while also giving us all of our options from all fixes to the basic most immediate fixes. We are excited to work with him and Miller Services again as we knock out these home projects. Thank you again Rusty and Miller Services for always being friendly, efficient, and granting us much needed peace of mind!

  I have had Miller's save the day twice in one year for me when dealing with issues with my septic system. Kaine was the rep that came out both times and he went above and beyond in both instances. He was straight forward and wanted to be sure that I was educated on my system and walked me through everything that he was doing. I was grateful for a technician that knows what he is talking about and is not afraid to give an honest assessment without trying to 'hard sell' and make me feel lost. I have recommended Miller's to all my neighbors and will recommend them to anyone in the Northern Neck!
