  Miller's showed up on time and called to let me know they were on the way. A photo of Mike my technician was sent to me ahead of his arrival. They located my sewer cleanout, opened the drain line, and even took the time to show me some tips to prevent further issues all in under an hour. I would definitely recommend their services to a friend.

  Joshua Blanchard was amazing. My husband thought he knew what the problem was and we purchased the part but was nervous about installing. Josh confirmed that was the problem and said he would watch my husband install it making sure he did it correctly. He said he would not leave until he knew we had A/C since that's what he was called out for. I would definitely give him a 5 star review!!! Thank him again for us.

  Jeremy came out today and could not say anything less than 5 star service. Text and call prior to coming out. Explained everything from start to finish and explained in detail all the services. Was able to get our septic tank pumped out and unclogged in no time and was so personable with our twins. Thank you so much again. Will highly recommend Jeremy and Millers Service to all our family and friends here in the Northern Neck.

  We had an excellent experience with Miller’s Services, especially with Rusty Jump and his assistant, DJ. The office called that morning to let me know where I was on the schedule, and Rusty followed up with a courtesy call before they arrived. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Rusty and DJ were both professional, courteous, and took the time to listen carefully as I explained the plumbing vent issue we were experiencing. Rusty quickly identified the likely cause of the problem and walked me through several repair options without ever making me feel pressured or giving a sales pitch. While they were here, I also asked about several unrelated plumbing concerns. Rusty patiently answered every question, explained the pros and cons of different solutions, and provided knowledgeable, practical advice. He even tested our water to determine whether water quality might be contributing to any of the issues. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is experienced, honest, and focused on helping the customer make informed decisions rather than selling unnecessary work. Based on this visit, I would not hesitate to recommend Miller’s Services, and I would be happy to have Rusty and DJ back for any future plumbing needs.

  There is not enough room in this box for me to fully do the men at Millers justice. Jacob, Doug, Euin were all class acts who worked tirelessly, professionally and politely for twelve hours to resolve our septic issue. The fix was expensive and bad news for them to deliver to us (the homeowner) but they did it so well that we actually feel good about spending money on the repair. I spent years in banks managing “the customer experience,” and these gentlemen could teach a master class in it. We will definitely use Millers again. I hope this repair lasts a lifetime but for our other needs.
