We had carpeting installed on our staircase and the team at Lockwood’s did an amazing job. They had a great selection of choices, and Tim was very helpful in guiding us as we made our choice. Lee did an excellent job on the installation, making sure that we were completely satisfied with the job—he went above and beyond in his attention to detail. We are very happy; the carpet looks great and really transforms the staircase! We will definitely call on Lockwood’s Carpet for any other flooring updates that we may need in the future.

(UPDATED). The Lockwood team came and reinstalled the flooring for us, and even let us change out the flooring material for one that was better suited for our house. Kenny and Lee came to install and they were true professionals and really cared about doing the job right. Would highly recommed requesting them to install if they are avaialble. They were efficient, but didn't rush through the job so it was done right. When they left everything was as it should be - the flooring looked great! _______________________________________________________ We engaged Lockwood for LVT in our kitchen/bath/ laundry areas. Pros- they did have a nice selection of flooring on-site and were really accommodating to allow for taking samples home during the selection/ buying process. Cons - would not recommend partnering with this team for installation. It seemed like it was subcontracted out, and the attention to detail was poor. The team had to come back out to fix some things after we called them to raise awareness of the issues (there was no supervisor on site to ensure work was done correctly in the first place). And even after coming out a second time, there were still a handful of things that weren’t finished well (pics). I didn’t contact them a 3rd time bc it didn’t feel like we would get anywhere. Overall our experience with the install was pretty stressful.

I highly recommend Lockwood’s Carpets for any flooring needs. The staff I dealt with (Tim, Lee, and Kenny) were exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional. Lee and Kenny, the installers, were prompt, kept me informed throughout the process, and took great pains to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. The results are absolutely amazing and I would not hesitate to use Lockwood’s for any future flooring needs as their attention to detail and customer service are truly over the top!!
