- MNMichael NieporteAug 6, 20261.0I've had repeated issues since moving in, with many plumbing issues, such as water leaking from the ceiling multiple times, rainwater coming, pipes clogging far easier than any home I've ever been in, and hot and cold water switching at random. These aren't the only issues I've encountered, such as the floors forming gaps, a window cracking under the weight of the building, and some severe nail pops The warranty team rejects some requests with reasoning that any normal person would find insane, such as water damage for areas of the floor that never had water anywhere near it, or rejecting issues with how the distribution systems distribute water, because it's not covered by the distribution system warranty I cannot recommend buying from this builder, as it will only cause you more stress and cost you more money for problems caused by them
