After accepting, everything was handled professionally and promptly by Missy and Renee in the office. All documents were signed via Docusign minimizing waiting time. The crew that came out to install the fence were skilled craftsmen. They were polite and treated the job site like it was their own yard. Every piece of scrap lumber was hauled away. They were careful when working around shrubs and flowers. They even raked the mulch before they left. The fence is perfect and I couldn’t have had a better experience!

My sales rep Cory, spoke with me 2 years before we even committed and still remembered I was pregnant the first time we met, and small details I wouldn’t expect him to remember. The gentlemen that came to build the fence were respectful, careful with the build, did a wonderful job and cleaned up. We have an irrigation system of which they were very careful and had no issues. The fence is great quality wood, received quotes from many different companies. Fence me in had best pricing along with the better warranty. They have pay in full or pay per month options to choose from. Between them coming out to quote me, we got pricing the same day, and the job was completed a month later and the biggest hold up of that was due to my HOA. I absolutely love the lock for the gate they used. Harder for kids to get in and out, and harder for the gate to be left open, and dogs getting out. I wish I knew the crew that built our fence. They deserve a huge shout out and would ask they do your fence too, but I don’t know their names. Fence was done in one day, and we decided to not add caps on ours since we want to buy solar lit caps ourselves-but they do offer them! Highly recommend them! Great job team!

They took a lot of time to clean up at the end of a very long day of work too. Well priced compared to other companies in the area.

At a time when it’s hard to get most home-improvement companies to even return a call, they proactively communicate every step of the way. Prompt estimate, confirmations of installation and utility markings, reminders and great day-of communication. The crew arrived on time, worked incredibly hard till dark and returned the next day as promised. And the quality of work is outstanding. I’ve managed two, complete gut renovations, and Fence me In was one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. What’s more, they came in slightly less than one other bid and a lot less than another. Couldn’t be happier!
