The installers were nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I didn’t believe it could be done in a day, but they stayed there and worked until it was completed. The entire process was very simple and smooth. My fence looks good. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone who has fencing needs.

Great company! Cory was our estimator and he had me sold before the meeting was over. Competitive pricing. Install team was great and worked well into the evening to finish our vinyl fencing. Would definitely recommend.

Overall satisfied- the sales process was easy and someone came out quickly. The price was better than two other places by a decent amount. During install day ran into a few issues with them wanting to hover my fence off the ground a bit so had to help level parts of the ground so it would be level on the top. They accidentally cut someone else’s internet too. In the end, love the look!
Frequently Asked Questions About Fence Me In and Decks Too
What about permits and HOA approvals for our project?
Our company will provide all necessary information for your homeowners association (HOA) approval process. If your HOA doesn't allow us to submit directly, we'll need a copy of their requirements or architectural review committee (ARC) form. We'll gather all required information and send it to you for submission. Additionally, we'll handle the application process for any permits required by your local municipality to complete the project.
How quickly after I sign will my project begin?
The project start time depends on several factors. If your project requires HOA approval or municipal permits, we'll need to secure these before commencing work. For projects without these requirements, we typically can schedule you within three weeks of contract signing.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, our company provides warranties on all our builds, in addition to material manufacturing warranties. We maintain a team of skilled repair specialists on staff to address any warranty-related issues during the coverage period.
Will there be any added costs during my project?
We adhere strictly to the signed contract amount. If we encounter any challenges during installation that might affect the project outcome, we will discuss your options with you before proceeding with any changes that could impact the cost.
How long do I have to make any changes to my project?
Changes can be made up to three days before installation for standard items. For special order items, we require 14 days' notice to maintain your installation timeline. Changes requested after these deadlines may incur additional fees or result in schedule adjustments.
Do I have to clear brush/trees for my project to begin?
Your estimator will discuss any necessary clearing during the consultation. You're responsible for clearing large areas before installation. Our teams will handle minor obstructions during the installation process.
How do I know where my property boundaries are?
Property boundaries are typically indicated on your property plat, which is provided during closing. Property pins may also be present in your yard. Please have this information available for your estimator. If the plat lacks clarity, a survey may be necessary, which we can arrange for a small additional fee.
Do I have to have lines for my utilities marked?
Our company will contact Virginia 811 to mark public utilities before construction. However, you're responsible for marking private lines such as sprinkler systems, power to outbuildings, or main water lines. Please ensure all gates and entrances are unlocked for the utility marking process, which occurs within 72 hours of our notice.
How do payments work?
We accept various payment methods including debit/credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks, personal/business checks, and cash. Financing through a third-party lender is also available upon request.
Do I get to keep extra materials?
Our project cost estimates are based on the exact materials needed, not including extra materials we bring to account for potential issues. As stated in our contracts, all unused materials remain the property of our company.
