Communication as to project date, utility marking, etc. was excellent. The gentlemen who installed the fence were professional and also double checked the work to be done prior to starting. It was very refreshing to have a company promise services and then deliver! A+

I hated going in my backyard and looking at it every single day my neighbor had used Fence Me In to do their fence so I called them and immediately they called me back came out took the measurements sat down with me gave me a price negotiated with me and within a week or two my fence was up and it looked beautiful. I am happy with the workers that installed the fence and I’m happy with the company the correspondence anytime I sent an email or had a question they responded quickly. I have no qualms about recommending them if you need fencing done thank you.

Good work and good prices, however we had an issue with one side of our gate dropping to where it wouldn’t latch about 6 months after install. The top was rubbing and when I checked the post it wasn’t level. They told me it was because i didn’t seal it yet and as a “ one time courtesy” they would fix it. They came out and fixed it, I sealed the gate to make sure it wouldn’t happen again… well now about a month later it’s already starting to drop again so now I have to figure out have to fix it myself. Unfortunately with this issue I will no longer use them in the future

How long do I have to make any changes to my project?
Changes can be made up to three days before installation for standard items. For special order items, we require 14 days' notice to maintain your installation timeline. Changes requested after these deadlines may incur additional fees or result in schedule adjustments.
Do I have to clear brush/trees for my project to begin?
Your estimator will discuss any necessary clearing during the consultation. You're responsible for clearing large areas before installation. Our teams will handle minor obstructions during the installation process.
How do I know where my property boundaries are?
Property boundaries are typically indicated on your property plat, which is provided during closing. Property pins may also be present in your yard. Please have this information available for your estimator. If the plat lacks clarity, a survey may be necessary, which we can arrange for a small additional fee.
Do I have to have lines for my utilities marked?
Our company will contact Virginia 811 to mark public utilities before construction. However, you're responsible for marking private lines such as sprinkler systems, power to outbuildings, or main water lines. Please ensure all gates and entrances are unlocked for the utility marking process, which occurs within 72 hours of our notice.
How do payments work?
We accept various payment methods including debit/credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks, personal/business checks, and cash. Financing through a third-party lender is also available upon request.
Do I get to keep extra materials?
Our project cost estimates are based on the exact materials needed, not including extra materials we bring to account for potential issues. As stated in our contracts, all unused materials remain the property of our company.
