  Was able to get an initial assessment scheduled quickly after my first call. Quote, scheduling, and payment process were a breeze. Workers did a great job and cleaned up all leftover materials before leaving the site. I had some holes in our flashing repaired along with recovering of our sunroom roof. Because of their work, I now have piece of mind that there will be no leaks in my roof.

  Our experience with DeShazo's metal roofing work has been disappointing. A section of our standing seam metal roof required a return visit and replacement after concerns were raised about the original installation. Unfortunately, after the rework was completed, we continued to observe significant workmanship concerns, including visibly distorted seams and transitions, rough field-modified cuts at roof details, finish damage and tool marks on the metal panels, and other details that do not appear consistent with the quality we expected. We brought these concerns to the company's attention and requested a resolution. Given that the work had already been redone once, we were not comfortable with another repair attempt and instead requested a credit so that the work could be evaluated by a contractor with specialized standing seam metal roofing experience. We are currently obtaining an independent assessment of the installation and will update this review as the matter progresses. We hope the company will work with us toward a fair resolution. The photos included with this review are of the new rework. "**Update (June 12):** Deshazo & Sons was first notified of the concerns with this section of the roof on June 2. As of June 12, ten days after those concerns were brought to their attention, we were informed that the matter was now on their radar and that they planned to visit the property during the week of June 14. No specific date had been scheduled at that time. Due to the ongoing concerns, I contacted the metal panel manufacturer directly and provided photographs of the roof in its current condition. After reviewing the photos, a warranty representative advised me that, in their opinion, the 30-year finish warranty may no longer be valid based on the current condition of the installation. I shared this information with Deshazo & Sons on June 12. I also informed Deshazo & Sons that I intended to arrange an independent evaluation by a roofing consultant. Their response was that I should "do what I think I need to do." I remain hopeful that this matter can be resolved professionally and will continue to provide updates as the situation progresses.

  Deshazo roofing was absolutely great to work with. They came out and inspected our roof, offered options for the project and came pretty close to matching our previous shingles. They arrived on the day specified and completed the job as well as cleaned up afterwards. Will use them in the future!
