Told them my metal roof had a leak and interested in getting my roof painted too. Jonathan told us they would be starting my job Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. When they didn't show up on Tuesday or Wednesday I had my husband call them to see when they were going to come. Then my husband reminded them that the valley was leaking and there was a big rain coming this weekend so he sent someone out on Friday to fix the valley they were here maybe an hour. Patch the roof and left. Then they were supposed to paint my roof I had talked to Jonathan about this my roof has rust on it and I wanted the rust to be wire brushed off and the whole roof be pressure washed before painting. So when I went outside a guy and a girl was out there to do the roof. But only did I find out they weren't planning on pressure washing anything they were just going to put the paint on to the dirty roof and I told them no they had to leave that was not the agreement I had with Jonathan. So when my husband talk to Jonathan he said that he will call him back the next day. He waited 3 weeks later to call back. In the meantime my husband asked him about the bill for just patchwork on the roof he said it was an emergency and sent us a $700 bill. I told my husband to call back up there because if he had been here when he said he was going to be here it would have been no emergency he knocked $200 off the bill and that was it. It was not an emergency call because he already said he was going to be here Tuesday or Wednesday. When he didn't show up was when we called. To me, that is not an emergency repair. I think he was mad because he probably had to pay the people for the ride down here that I had sent back because they weren't planning on washing my roof at all. I would not recommend these people to anyone they cannot keep their word on when they're going to get in touch with you and what they're going to do and then want to overcharge you for what little bit they did do. I would not recommend them to anyone! Not professional at all! .

I had a great experience with DeShazo. Another roofing company, Nathan's Roof Repairs, replaced the roofs in my townhome community less than two years ago. They did a sloppy job in some areas, to say the least. They did not replace the flashing along the party wall, and pierced the old flashing with a nail. This caused a leak that was difficult to identify, but DeShazo was extremely thorough and fixed the leak quickly. They were pleasant to deal with and were receptive to my opinion, which goes a long way as a customer. Jonathan, Brandon and the rest of the folks at DeShazo did a great job and I'd definitely work with them again.
