- DDDonJun 17, 20261.0Everything was great until I made the commitment to purchase the central vac system. Was told 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and install. At five weeks, I had to threaten to cancel the order. To my amazement at two days I had the system hung in the garage. The person that hung the system in the garage said that the system wasn’t performing the way that it should. Two days later, the technician came out and could not figure out why the system that was supposed to be amazing wasn’t performing correctly. Was told that they would come back. Two weeks went by with no communication. Followed up via text, which is the way I had been communicating with no response. It’s as if they just washed their hands of it. Lesson here is that they will be kind until you buy after that you’re on your own.
