Hands down, one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! From my very first conversation with Gloria in the office to the exceptional service provided in my home, the entire experience was outstanding. Gloria deserves a special mention, she is truly one of the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful people I’ve ever spoken with on the phone. She made the whole process easy and welcoming from the start. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered excellent service. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had to have my HVAC system completely replaced, and Natural Bridge Heating and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their pricing was very fair, they were honest and upfront throughout the entire process, and the level of service was excellent. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s refreshing to work with a company you can truly trust. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

Natural bridge heating and air install mini splits in October and the units great, just has a question about one of the units and the owner Donnie Shanks was at our house in less than an hour, explained what was going on and gave me materials to solve the issue my self and didn’t charge a service fee. This is awesome customer service and I highly recommend Donnie and his team for any installs and or service needs.

Donnie and his crew at Natural Bridge Heating and Air did a stellar job replacing our outdoor A/C & heat pump and replacing the furnace under the house. Not only did they work through 95 degree heat, they worked efficiently and quickly. In addition, they ran 2 new lines into our addition and moved our intake from the floor and moved it to the wall. This took custom engineering and precise measure to fit the new vent into the wanted space. They also re-secured all the other duct work with straps to ensure the best results for our cooling and heating needs! Their dedication and skill showed through, love the end result.
