  I highly recommend Precise Remodeling & Construction. We hired them to install new flooring and recessed lights in our condo. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. Marian and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We are very happy with the final result.   Marian and his team are top notch. He managed expectations and delivered early. Marian’s connection with his team is apparent in the execution of the job. He leads from the front and the team clearly want to work with and for him. We had 3 levels of floors and 2 staircases done. From materials, to execution, to communication, to costs, Precise is a worthy investment. I’m grateful to them!
