  You can spend all your time looking around for great quality flooring and customer service but, you'll end up right back here. Awesome selection in the store. Superior customer service by Ed and Tabitha and the install crew. Fair pricing, wasn't the highest. Renovated our entire main floor with LVP and it looks like a brand new house.

  Recently had our second floor and stairways re carpeted and Hamed was great and patient with our questions and wants/needs. Meredith was great at keeping us informed of scheduling and install information, and both the install teams were great. The main team that did the second level and secondary stairwells put in an extremely long day, well beyond what we would have expected and did a fantastic job. The main stairway was done as a runner on a separate day and came out fantastic as well. We also had the Jack and Jill bathroom flooring replaced. If you're in the market for carpet or flooring we'd highly recommend you go talk with Hamed at Kemper!

  It was a terrible mistake buying flooring from these guys. Reached out to them with this issue. First they didn't bother responding back for over a month. After following up a few times, I wasn't surprised with the kind of response they sent me. Instead of accepting that they have stocked an inferior quality floor, they put the blame on the installation going as far as stating that floor isn't level just by looking at these pictures. Not recommended at all. Have installed flooring from multiple other stores who performed super well over the years but they're not it. Quite a few thousand dollars wasted.

  The team at Kemper Carpet (Hamed, Craig, Meredith) were great to work with and responsive to our issues after the initial install. It was evident that the second crew were very experienced and took pride in their work and attention to detail. Definitely would recommend Kemper and this team for any flooring needs!
